Great service especially from Leonardo and Lavinia at the front desk. Lavinia helped us get and understand the train system so we didn’t miss our flight. She even followed up via whatsapp after we left to make sure we knew what train to get on and that it was on time

Love the hotel, location is great, staff is friendly, room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, our bathroom is pretty and shower water hose power is great! One small minus is water leaks from shower place onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise love the hotel and wish to come back

Hotel Calimala is conveniently located. The rooms were clean and stylish. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. I did have one issue which was quickly resolved by the front desk. Would recommend and stay again.

Hotel was in the perfect location. Everything was clean and seemed recently remodeled. The best was eating at their rooftop restaraunt! The view was amazing. Skip the breakfast and go to a local place steps outside of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricy.

Beautiful place to stay with a great location in Firenze. The room was clean and the staff was also very friendly. The interior decoration of the hotel was also very pretty. Only the breakfast was mid range.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and truly loved our stay. The staff are very welcoming and the room was excellent. Location is perfect as you are 15min walk from the train station and surrounded by amazing local restaurants, wine bars, & shopping.
FYI…There are 2 hotel locations depending on the room selection you make. We chose Classic which was in the location of the rooftop patio bar (we believe Superior places you in the other location with the restaurant). Either way we did not eat here as there are so many amazing restaurants and places to go within 1-20min walk…just pick anything and you will have a great meal in Florence.

Everything you could wish for from a hotel that’s not too big. Interesting rooms with beautiful views, conveniently located and lovely rooftop bar when it’s not set or windy!

Great hotel staff! Could not be happier with the staff and service! Innovative use of WhatsApp allowed for constant, fast, communication. They made reservations, recommendations, and fulfilled requests immediately via the app. Simply Amazing!!!!

Calimala is in the middle of the best part of Florence for dining, shopping and sightseeing. Was the perfect location. Hotel is very nice and clean, staff is unbelievably friendly. Only downside is that being centrally located means you do hear some street noise. But would still highly recommend.

Wonderful property. We stayed on the West Calimala. Hotel is very nice, the rooftop is awesome but the main thing is the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have a wow stay & with a smile. The location cannot be beat. Saving this one for my next visit!

After a midnight arrival I was exhausted. The travel delays and loss of a day of travel had me fried. The staff was incredible! My room was perfect! The morning breakfast was delicious and perfect for a day to explore Florence. 10/10 service!

Well located 4 Star Hotel. However, the hotel has no own garage and the parking service needs to be professionalized (transparent and documentated handover, regulation of liability in case of damages, insurance of the parking service company, written documentation of the car conditions (eg free of scratches), location of storage).
