Nice rooms, very clean. There’s a rooftop swimming pool with a partial view of The Petronas Towers. Not too far from city center.

We got to the property and asked at the reception for check-in which he wasn’t sure what to do. Then he told us to call the property because it was a private host, so I found it very confusing. Also we had to call for the Wi-Fi password because we haven’t given one and since we didn’t have data at that moment we had to wait at the reception where the free Wi-Fi was waiting for an answer from the host. Not the best check-in to be honest.

Smell in the room of cooking, also a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

It was very comfortable, very clean room, very accommodating host!!

Apartment type complex, we were on floor 15 and had brilliant views and a great view of the KLCC tower. great view from the pool. Everything you could ask for for a stay abroad. Would 100% book this again.

This isn’t something the property could help so is no blight on the room in itself but the noise from the rooms either side went on till the early hours, we booked this as it was supposed to be a quiet hotel / residence after 10pm and we have a young child. Found that this wasn’t the case.

Room was fantastic. modern, clean, and the facilities were great. The building in general is very nice and comes with an amazing rooftop pool and a convenience store on the first floor. In general this place was absolutely great!

if I were to be picky, it would be there is shampoo, but no conditioner, the AC remote was low on batteries and hard to use, and the lighting for the mirror is a bit dim, making it hard to see when shaving

There is a 24/7 convenience store on the ground floor, the location is great, the host was very nice and responsive through whatsup and we really enjoyed the gym and the pool that were not too crowded and have a very nice view. There is a very kind lady selling a delicious oat ice latte in the ground floor.

The property's staff is pretty annoying and made us feel uncomfortable: they are everywhere, keep checking what you are doing, where you are going, etc. We had multiple uncomfortable occasions like silly requests like moving some pool sandals that I left by the pool beside my sun bed while the sandals were very nicely put on the side of the pool not bothering anyone. You can not use all the facilities at the property since some lounges require extra payment. The pool and the "hot-tub" is really cold and there are not enough sunbeds and consequently the pool experience is not very comfortable - it is just very instagrammable. The view from the room is nice but tarnished by all the construction. The elevators are pretty slow and the kitchen was useless despite us just having take out - like there was one big spoon and one teaspoon while it is said that it's fully equipped. The hosts that communicate through the booking website seem to be different than the host that communicates with you on whatsup since the booking once are pretty rude. The free luggage storage was not available despite the whatsup host saying it is - when we arrived to the reception, we were told it is not possible to store our bags, which is not a problem but maybe they can get on the same page. Also we had to pay an additional 17e cleaning fee for there not to be any cleaning or towel changes in the 3 nights and the place being dusty upon arrival. And the shower was never hot and only warm the first day - then we were forced to take cold showers. Since I wrote so much I can also mention the cheap toilet paper, cheap tissues, no water waiting at arrival, only one key (which is annoying since all the facilities, including the elevator) require a card.

Not many eating options.
