Está un poco lejos de todo y lamentablemente se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones, fuera de eso todo bien.

Perdemos um voo e consegui reservar as 00:20 para entrada na mesma hora e só paguei a noite. Excelente hotel em todos os sentidos

Breakfast could’ve been better

Bastante básico, pero todo muy limpio y aparentemente bastante nuevo.

Llegamos sobre las 13:30, y la entrada no era hasta las 15h. Nos cobraron 10€ extra por entrar 1h antes en la habitación a pesar de haber habitaciones disponibles y ya preparadas. Es la primera vez que nos pasa esto. Además de esto, tuvimos que esperar unos 30 mins para hacer el check-in porque sólo había una persona en recepción, que aparte era la misma que atendía la barra del bar. Un hotel de 280 habitaciones con sólo una persona en recepción. No repetiremos en caso de volver a pasar por Madrid para una escala corta.

Navette indiquée sur le site de réservation (booking). Mais aucune mention de la necessite de réserver préalablement et de payer. Attente à l'aéroport avec aucune réponse téléphonique ou mail. Une seule personne à l'accueil débordée. Quasiment pas de restauration.

The front desk attendant Kevin. He was the only reason I stayed. Also to see how Kevin and Iban handled the chaos that evening showed great professionalism and kindness to the clients

I checked in at almost midnight from a long day of travel to find that the room had NO RUNNING WATER. I was showering and all of a sudden the water stopped. I went to wash my face and there was no water. I ended up packing my things up and returned so the front desk (because the phones were not working either) to request to be changed to another room. That’s when Kevin, front desk attendant, politely said that they were having this issue throughout 3 different floors and for me not to worry that they had called for someone to fix the problem asap. I asked if there was any other room I could be switched to where there maybe running water and he took it upon himself to check out the only room he had available (hotel was fully booked), to return informing me that room also has no water. His professionalism and demeanor is what convinced me to stay. If not a refund and stay at the airport since it was at this time 1 am and I had to return to the airport by 7:30am.

The room was too tiny, the hotel far from any activity. It’s ok for an overnight stay but we made the mistake of staying 3 nights.

I hated that when we changed our minds about eating breakfast that we were charged $15 bds. the initial price of $12 per person. That was unfair and penalizing customers for charging their mind. You should not do that.

Esta en una zona q no hay muchos servicios si sales del hotel y un poco aislada.

Es muy nuevo y la calidad del desayuno.

Reception staff not helpful. Location not convenient. Scandinavian minimalistic style might be nice but you need furniture to put your things on.

El desayuno fue bueno. Habia buen café, cerales, pan, yogurt y fruta.

Es recomendable utilizar el parking, ya que los alrededores del hotel no respiran mucha seguridad.

Hotel novo, com excelentes e modernas instalações. O quarto era muito bonito e limpo. Perto do aeroporto.

Precisamos sair antes do café da manhã para voltar ao Brasil, mas não havia nada a ser disponibilizado. Achamos o hotel caro para uma única noite.

Rezeption freundlich. Großes Zimmer. Interessanter Grundriss. Gute Busanbindung an Intercambiador De Avenida América - tagsüber mit Linie 224A, nachts mit Linie N202. Cabify zum Flughafen Terminal 2 ca 10 €. Early check-in und late check-out für 10 € pro Stunde zwischen 10 Uhr (frühestens) und 15 Uhr (spätestens). Frühstück 15 € (am Abend vorher an der Rezeption 12 €). Hinweis am Wasserhahn, dass Trinkwasserqualität.

In meinem Zimmer war die Toilettenspülung aus der Etage darüber deutlich zu hören. Es war auch ein auf-Putz-verlegtes Abflussrohr zu sehen. Merkwürdig - in so einem neuen Gebäude mit sehr guter Schallisolierung nach außen. Nur 1 Stuhl und 1 Hocker - aber bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Foyer. 2 Haken im Bad - aber Badetücher haben keine Aufhänger. Zahnbürste vergessen. Gibt einen Automaten für Reisebedarf. Woanders in Spanien oft kostenlos im Zimmer oder an der Rezeption.

The location is relatively close to the airport. The hotel is modern.

The staff is not very helpful even though they do the job, but the minimum acceptable. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, and they are very small. Two people can barely walk into them.

Fácil de llegar, check in cómodo y acceso rápido cuando lo necesitas, que es cuando acabas de llegar tarde de un viaje por trabajo. La habitación es simple pero tiene todo lo necesario, siendo limpia y espaciosa. Repetiría.

En general todo, la entrada quizás es demasiado movida y por supuesto carece de detalles, es todo muy simple

La habitación me encantó, super bonita y actual, muy nueva. Acristalada por dos paredes que da a la fachada, me encantó. El baño muy grande.

Nada, estaba todo genial.

La comodidad de las camas. Buena limpieza. La atención del personal buena y rápida.

Nos tocó la habitación que hacia esquina y hacía frío, a pesar de poner el aire no se calentaba la estancia. Tuvimos que pedir nórdicos extra. Decoración nórdica, poca luz, no es acogedor, en el cuarto de baño no hay oscurecedora.

Desayuno un poco caro para la poca variedad que ofrece. No tiene armario ni nevera pero es entendible porque es para pasar poco tiempo.
