Loved everything about the apartment! Great location, great kitchen, washing machine & drying facilities. Great Wi-Fi & air conditioning. Absolutely ticked all our boxes. Close enough to everything going on but sleeping is no problem as very quiet of a night. Lift in the building was a bonus for luggage but not that many stairs to the apartment anyway. 2 bathrooms with 2 great showers were a real bonus . Carmen & her family are great hosts. Keep apartment spick & span & well stocked. Bottle of wine, cakes, bread etc waiting for us! We were able to leave our luggage there when we arrived early & then allowed to check in early when apartment was ready.

Nothing - Carmen really does go the extra mile . So nice to have the personal touch. She doesn’t interfere at all ( you only see her at check in & check out ) but you know that she is there if needed. She also gave great instructions beforehand as how to get there as we were arriving on a Sunday !! Huge big market in the area & some of the roads are closed !! Good vibe there though ! Felt very safe in the neighbourhood. (I often went walking into the centre of an evening, on my own to get a bit of evening shopping / vibe in, leaving the males back home ! Lovely atmosphere. Carmen was also very quick & helpful answering any of my messages, concerns before our holiday.

The apartment was spotless and had a spacious living area, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely balcony. Carmen was wonderful at providing information and also left us with snacks, milk, juice, coffee, and a bottle of wine. The apartment was in a great location, within easy walking distance of many sights, grocery stores, and restaurants.

There was some street noise at night but I imagine this is to be expected in a large city like Madrid.

The apartment facilities provided sufficient for our group and spacious.

If you can advise the exact location of the apartment for the user will be more user friendly. My suggestion is to show the photo of the entrance of the building when you commence the dialogue with the user.

Location was perfect, Carmen so sweet, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with kids or big family. 13 min walk to Plaza Mayor. Superb . 5/5☆

The hosts are the most kind hearted and genuine people. Although our flight was a late, and our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong location they where waiting for us until the midnight to give the keys. Apartment is spacious, located very central, walkable distance from all main tourists attractions, fast wifi. Very clean in a quite neighborhood. If this apartment is available for your stay - grab it without any hesitations. We loved a little extra that we were greeted with - nice bottle of white wine after a travel, and milk with cookies and some chocolate cake for our children :) Carmen and her husband takes hospitality to the next level!

Carmen and Juan Carlos are wonderul. They made sure that my family felt welcome. They are attentive, had a breakfast gift (amazing!) and even have welcome goodies for my kids!The apartment is also a walk away from the center but very calm. I will certainly choose their place again!

Everything was great! Location made every part of the city easily approachable. Owners organized transfer from the airport for us, welcomed us with wine and food and told us some useful information. Apartment is well equipped and very clean, with a lot of space. We enjoyed our stay.

Communication with the host was very fast, and she was very helpful. The apartment is located close to all the important sites, yet also close to the highway for trips to places like El Escorial. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and well maintained. The host also provided some initial bread, wine, etc.

The street is quite noisy, so bring earplugs when you like to sleep with the window open. The kitchen - although well-equipped - is not really suited to cook a meal for up to 8 people. However, plenty of nice restaurants (not expensive at all) around.

Nice spacious apartment with a small terrace to sit out and enjoy the lovely weather in autumn in Madrid. Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave us a bottle of wine and some free snacks. the location is convenient too.

No air condition although we had fans in each room. bathrooms could use a little update. each room is small, but it’s in the city so it’s understandable.

Location is 2 blocks from old town, very convenient location to everything we needed: - super mercado was 2 minutes from the door - restaurants were 4 minutes away - pharmacy was 4 minutes away - convenient location to Prado Museum, Palacio de Cristal, train station and airport - The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. - There was a balcony where we could sit there for breakfast or enjoy the evening watching people. Carmen provided all amenities we needed to make our stay very easy: - The welcome package included a bottle of white wine, bread, cakes, coffee, etc. Very nice touch. - Lots of dishes, glasses, cups and glass wines. - Pots and pans, cooking utensils, cooking oil and vinegar, kitchen towels, scrub pads and dish soaps - The clothes washer worked and Carmen provide laundry soap for our use. - Dishwasher with soap pods. - Lots of bath towels, toothbrush and toothpaste if we had forgotten our toiletries. - Disposable slippers for use if we did not bring our own. - Soap and shampoo in the shower. - Lots of toilet papers. - We got to watch TV for the first time in our 17-day trip at Carmen's apartment. - Lots of electrical outlets in all the rooms. - If we were lazy and tired, there was an elevator to take us to the second floor.

Nothing to dislike about the apartment. If I had to find something negative about it is the European washer has a very small capacity compared to American standard BUT that is not something against the apartment. It is the same at the other places we stayed at.

This is nitpicking, but the wifi doesn't really reach the bedroom that's near the door.

loved the flat. Really well kitted out - it genuinely had everything - and obviously a lot of thought had gone in to it to make it really comfortable and convenient for a family (or couple of families to stay). Really good location - we loved the neighbourhood and very handy for the metro and generally getting around.
