Your paying more for the play/pool area, other rhqn that the beds were long over due to be replaced. The breakfast that was included- ive never complain about food but something had gone bad in omellette and even after i pointed it out that something tasted like had gone bad...heres your bill.

Great stay, the only complaint i have is that the blanket provided for the pull out was "scratchy" and thin according to my 9 year old. We ended up giving him our comforter from the bed for the second night. We did ask for another blanket but never received one. Anyways, not a big deal. Great play structure.

We have a one year old boy who can't walk yet so having the indoor playground was a game changer (although it could have used some dusting/cleaning)! The pools were really nice as well. The room itself was pretty average. We liked that it had a microwave and a fridge. What we didn't like was the parking - it was a very compact parking lot and not many parking spots. The strictness on the wristbands was the absolute worst and so absurd. We took our wristbands off the first night because they bothered us and the next day they made us go to our room, get them out of the trash and bring them to the front desk to get replacements - all while we have our one year old freaking out. It just wasn't cool. They were very strict on everything which was very annoying while having our small child with us. The food at the restaurant was very average as well. There really isn't anything walkable around the hotel except a drug store and a Boston's restaurant. Overall was an okay stay but don't know if I would stay there again.

This is a great hotel for families! The hotel is in a convenient location, with lots to do for kids and families.

We like the underground parking. Feel safer and more convenient. The pool gets busy, but we can pick our time when it is a little quieter.

First off, this hotel is not wheelchair accessible. This needs to be clearly noted that if someone has any issues with stairs ex:being in a wheelchair, that they will not have any access to the pool and hot tub. Even getting into the building with the ramp through a different door was obviously an afterthought and not designed well. As far as the staff, the manager was a nightmare to deal with. Pool staff; they do their job of making sure you have your bracelet on… to the point of harassment. No grace given, even if you give your room number or are the only ones in the pool. By the time I would have gone back up to the room and came back down with 2 young kids, our swim time would have been over before needing to leave. Would not recommend. The only positive was that the room was clean, which really should be the bare minimum of what a hotel stay should be. No free breakfast or coffee in the lobby like most Holiday Inns. The smell of pot and cigarettes as soon as you walk out of the building was less than pleasant.

Check in our rep was friendly but very soft spoken hard to understand. The staff in hotel housekeeping and workers at the pool/play area had attitude when they spoken to.

My room smelled to high heaven of smoke and they put an atomizer in my room. It looked like a car battery charger and was loud. It was so loud that you couldn’t leave it on during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel. My baggage smelled like smoke when I returned and I do not smoke!

like that it was close to the our friends place and that it provided air shuttle service.

The staff at the front desk and the cleaning team were exceptional. One front desk staff member, in particular, who worked mostly in the evenings, was incredibly sweet and helpful, making our stay especially enjoyable. Unfortunately, we had a less pleasant experience with the restaurant staff. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited to be seated while two staff members passed by without acknowledging us. When someone finally came to assist us, she was unfriendly, and her response to my question was rude and dismissive. Thankfully, our suite had a kitchen, allowing us to make our own meals or order from Skip and avoid dining at the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located. Great breakfast. I’m picky on pillows and they had soft medium and firm on the beds. Have stayed before and will stay again

Family had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the pool/ pirates cove area. The room was nice, we look forward to our next stay!

Good for kids, and family. Easy to get out of the city, or into the downtown. Not much to do in the immediate area, so you need to drive to do anything.

We liked the location as it was close to a family reunion and easy to get into downtown. Although not a brand new place, our room was updated and immaculate. I would recommend this place!

It was nice having a lounge and a restaurant. I had chicken tacos, which were good. My husband had the steak sandwich which was not good. The steak was mostly gristle and he barely ate any of it. He did not complain unfortunately so the hotel was not given the chance to rectify it. The staff was amazing though.
