Decent, got what we paid for. Room a bit cramped for three. Rooms were cleaned and new towels everyday. Staff were helpful. Able to leave bags on day off departure. Short walk dor Earls court tube.

Not far from the tube station which was ideal after a long coah journey. Easy to get to places. Clean and tidy. Excellent secruity.

Hotel was ok, just did the job to sleep there one night

In good location. Room size good, toilet and shower cramped. Very thin walls, and very loud guests. Woken up at 4am with doors banging and could hear conversation through the walls.

Booked as working in London for a couple of days. Warm welcome on arrival. Room was v small. Bathroom tiny to the point that your feet are on the shower tray while using the toilet! Shower was old and weak. Everything was fine. V basic. Bed slid along the floor if you leant against the headrest. You get what you pay for.

Veldig god sted for noen dager

Great stay. While this building has some age to it the quiet and charm of the location was great. Super easy access to the tube allowed me to explore all of London.

Rooms a bit small. Too many smokers, even if they smoked outside, smoke drift into rooms through open windows. Staff very courteous. Too many fire doors one after another make it difficult to maneuver luggage.

For central london its not bad value. The room (number 55) is small, a little pokey, and the position of the bed meant the curtains hung on the bed itself. Comparitively to other hotels (outside of London) the value and experience was seiously lacking. Out of 8 wall sockets in the room, only 2 worked. The shower curtain and rail were broken and in need of repair and cleaning. The shower itself allowed water to not only collect on the floor of the bathroom, but also in the hallway presenting a hazard (as shower curtain would not secure or close fully).The towels were on their last legs, faded, stained, and frayed around edges.

Things I liked: GREAT location, spacious room, amenities like coffee, tea and cream and a big table where we had breakfast, and unbeatable price for London. Unlike other comments I read, the sheets and towels were very clean. I would say pristine. Things I didn’t like: shower was really bad. Very small and the water temperature swings by itself. Our room was in the basement floor and had a slight smell of mold. Mattress was very soft and we sank on it. I paid a very reasonable price for my stay and the facilities were compatible with the price.

Small but very clean. Shower wasn't great, but did the work, so did the beds. Overall a good place to stay, if not staying in the room for a long time. Withing walking distance from the underground. A lot of restaurants and cafés around. Good for the price.

The hotel is well located for Earls Court Tube station and 10 minutes from central London. Unfortunately the room sold as a double should have been a single. We were rammed into a small double bed against the wall. Terrible mattress and hard pillows, no room to out anything so lots of stuff ended up on the floor. Bathroom tiny which is fine but couldn’t get in without sitting on the loo to shut the door. Scalding hot shower with dangerous taps. Nearly passed out as the hot water tap wouldn’t switch off easily. Boiling hot in the room and a broken fan! Such a shame given location and building

Goof for a brief stay. Rooms were simple and on the older side, but hotel looked clean and was quiet and convenient to Earl's Court stations and dining options

Beautiful park accross the street and a neighbor told us about Holland park , which is beyond beautiful and walkable from the hotel. Lots of great restaurants and an amazing French bakery. Close to the tube and buses.

Location was good apart from the smell Of weed coming from outside at all Times. It was an average hotel.

Perfect hotel for when you’ll be exploring London for the whole day. Beds are comfortable. Very close to underground station Earl’s Court. Very good hotel for their prices.

Great value place to stay on a budget

Staff were really friendly. Hotel is in a great location, not far from Earl's Court tube station and in a great spot for getting around London. Room was perhaps a bit dated, however renovation work was happening during our stay. Overall fairly good!

Location

I had booked a standard double room with a garden view and was given a 3 bed room with a view of the back alley. The shower was obscenely small and you would hit every wall anytime you tried to turn around while showering. The room was right next to a storage room and every morning at 7am, the hotel staff would come in and out of that room every 1-2 minutes, and slam the door so loudly that it would shake our door and the noise would echo through our room, making it very hard to sleep. We asked them to be mindful of how loudly they were closing that door and they stayed quiet for about 20 minutes before starting to let it slam shut again.

For the price is a good option, the Metro is very close.

Nice property, badic but clean and with easy access to tube station. You can't have guests which is slightly inconvenient.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Near a tube station (few blocks) and near a grocery store. No AC but a lovely view and the fresh evening air was nice with the window open.
