Clean, nice big room with separate bedroom. Front desk friendly

Toilet was broken and it was standing at the front desk for over 10 minutes to inform them.

Was a clean location, friendly staff was there for father burial, was very welcoming and great breakfast.

Overall the stay was fine. The key card would only work on the door every 6th or 7th swipe if you jiggled the handle just right. Room waa advertised through photos as having a walk in shower but in reality had a tub with a red stained shower head. Morning staff was great and loved the free cookies. 3/5

I only stayed one night. The room was clean and well equipped, with a microwave and fridge. The elevator was a bit beat up and the breakfast was basic, but included some hot items like eggs and ham. Overall quite good for the price.

Stay was wonderful only problem I had was the breakfast options, I don’t eat pork, beef or dairy so my selection was slim but other then that everything was nice

Everything was clean, staff was courteous, bed was comfortable.... Wonderful breakfast and pool...We Will most definitely be back again!

Nice place but upon my arrival there were no luggage carts available in spite of the staff saying that they had 4. Apparently the rude guests at this location didn’t feel the need to return them after using them. The front desk was NO help trying to locate them’

It was good, but bed mattress were old and uncomfortable.

My stay was good. The indoor heated pool just made my trip. My granddaughter and i loved it!

This was our third time staying in the area and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very well maintained and our room spacious and clean . We will definitely book again.

The ceiling started leaking the first morning in the bathroom. Called the hotel and they immediately sent maintenence to the room. He tossed down a towel by the toilet and told us the one upstairs broke his toilet. He never came back to finsih or send housekeeping up to clean up. We got showered and dressed for the day using all the towels to dry the floor. About an hour had passed we went to eat bfast and we mentioned to front desk that we needed more towels bc we had to clean up the water with ours. The bfast was getting closed early so some family didnt get to eat and the waffle machines were off. When we went back to our room hours later the towels were still on the floor with a bag of clean towels next to it.

The hotel was very clean and updated. Unfortunately, our bed had not been updated. The springs were noisy and we tended to roll to the center.

Inside pool was reason for hotel choice, too much chlorine made my family itch. Only used pool once

Stayed 2-nights. Water from the faucet has a certain smell. Besides it was quiet and good. Friendly staff and breakfast was okay.

I wish the parking lot was a bit more lit up when checking in after sun fall.

This was just a one night, quick sleep stay. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was polite. Room was pleasantly clean with no issues seen. The complimentary breakfast was good and well stocked. Thank you for a good night stay!

I asked for an early check-in, since our arrival time was before 3 pm. I received an email that my request was granted, and they would be able to accomodate me and my family. We arrived around 2:20 p.m, and the receptionist informed me that my rooms were still being cleaned. We asked how long and we got no response. Obviously upset, we left and came back around 3:20 p.m. When we got to our rooms, everything looked at surface level. Once I opened the curtains in my kids room, there was an abnormally huge spider web in the window. So the windows don't get cleaned along with the room? There was hair in the bathroom and even on the towels. Now what took them so long to clean the room after check out is my question? It definitely wasn't properly cleaned. And the person who is supposed to go check behind them!!!! I am so disappointed
