The a/c unit in my room was extremely loud and kept going on and off constantly. The bathroom needed some improvement as there were holes in one of the walls and the furniture was very minimal and old showing scratches. The nightstand light was broken.

Good for a quick overnight stay

The room was very dirty, the carpet had so many stains, the washroom wasn't cleans, the hair dryer dirt and with someoelse's hair all around, the bathtub wasn't in good conditions (really old) and missing maintenance in the washroom. For a four stars hotel it was very disapointing.

This is a nice hotel. But the parking lot makes it difficult for uber drivers to find and get to the entrance. The room was ok. The bathroom was a little dirty. The top sheet was above the blanket. More training of staff is clearly needed. The hair dryer did not work.

Very comfortable stay, comfortable bed. Relaxing hot tub, pool wasn’t crowded, had a nice gym but was feeling a bit lazy.

Hotel was very clean in good area staff was amazing but the bed was very very uncomfortable. Felt like no support sagging in the middle. Sadly the reason you get a hotel is for the sleep so uncomfortable bed is not ideal.

Nice stay at this hotel. All staff members very friendly and helpful but I will say we were on the 4th floor and the internet was VERY slow so if you need to work I suggest you go to the conference room where the internet is REALLY fast. Not much to do around the hotel so you need a car to get around

The front desk team are professional and very helpful. The hotel room is simple and clean. As I had an extended stay and had to ask to have my room cleaned, on several occasions this was not done and I was scrambling for towels and had overflowing garbage. Housekeeping could be more attentive to guests needs for soap and towels.

It advertises laundry facility but upon checking in we found out they do not have laundry machines. Front desk was helpful and got us a room at a sister hotel, the Holiday Inn. Theiy did have a laundry room, but unsecured. Strange people going in and out (illegals) and we were concerned with our security. Strange people also hanging out in the lobby. They were not guests. Terrible management of the property.

Check in was great and got to do so earlier then the posted 3pm. They put us on the top floor away from floors with visiting sports teams, which was nice. Price is good but you need a car if you are wanting to visit downtown Montreal. We stayed two nights. The room was clean but oddly the cleaning staff didn't come in to make the room after the first day. The pool was dirty and shower in the pool was broken. If you only want a room to stay between traveling then it's pretty decent. If you plan on doing other things at the hotel then I'd look elsewhere.

Didn't realize daily cleaning is upon request. Blow dryer in room too small. Soap dispenser in shower was empty, had to request for refill on second day. Shower hose was leaky. Overall the property is good and well maintained but I think they need to focus on quality inspection of the rooms. May consider staying here again.

Everything was great despite the concern of auto theft in the area. Staff was amazing at ensuring the car was parked close to the entrance so they could keep an eye on it. Very assuring. One thing that was odd was the bathroom door. It had large frosted windows so whenever someone uses it in the middle of the night the whole room lit up.

The property is beautiful and located at 10 min from the airport. We arrived after midnight given our late flight from Toronto and the staff at the reception was unfriendly, never said hello or welcome and couldn’t bother to speak to us. Never even made eye contact. The staff the next morning was better.

The property is advertised as a 4 star hotel but it definitely is not. The hotel is quite dated and the room we stayed in was in bad shape (baseboards scraped and marked, wallpaper peeling and stained, floors with small gaps) and was just not aesthetically appealing. The elevators had stains which could easily be cleaned. On top of this, there have been car thefts in this area and when we asked the front desk what was being done, they told us our vehicle was not on the list of top stolen cars which wasn’t very assuring. They don’t have any security patrols at night to prevent thefts but they let us know we could have a boot installed on our tires which we accepted. Very strange experience and not something I would have expected from a 4 star hotel. We will definitely not be staying here again and don’t recommend!

Rooms are cute, but yaaaa very inaccessible.

Staffs are friendly and helpful while the decoration and facility is very dated. The carpet is dirty, room cleaning is on request, and it’s quite far from DT, at least 30 mins driving. I don’t think the hotel is worth a 4 star. Won’t come back.

The property was fine, except our dining experience was not great. We ate breakfast there, the wait was long, the service was poor and the food was not that of a great quality.

When they hand out boots for your car to prevent them being stolen, there is a problem.
The restaurant is not what it used to be. Understaffed and avg. food.
