Room smelled of cat pee. Room was right in front of the highway and very loud. The grout was black in the shower. The shower faucet was broken. Not worth $160 charge for the room.

Overall the customer service was great, the restaurant and bar was nice. However the room needed some TLC , the carpet was stained and felt dirty, the water pressure was weak and the T.V. reception was horrible. The bed was perfect and the room temperature was excellent

They seem to be in the process of renovating the rooms. They didn’t have any more double queen, so they upgraded us to a king suite. It was huge!! Super clean and nice. Restroom has dove products. Bedding was clean. We just needed a place to stay for one night, but definitely exceeded our expectations.

The staff was very welcoming and super nice even at a super busy late check in. The bed were very comfortable. The rooms looked clean. However my daughter woke up with 15 bed bug bites so that was very unfortunate.

Not to hard to get to off of interstate difficulty in getting to nice restaurants downtown one elevator not working difficult to get luggage up to 3rd.floor

My stay was great. I didn’t have any issues. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I will stay there again.

They room at first glace was fine. Just by looking, it would seem to be clean and squared away. The smell it had on the other had would speak differently!! I had driving seven hours and went straight to a business meeting. I was so tired, I just delt with it. I could have asked for another room, but I did not have the energy. The room was ripe of mildew/ old smelling wet towels. It was terrible. If my wife had been with me, we would have moved.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby is undergoing renovation and there was a small desk serving as the front desk. It was unclear if that is where we were to check in. Moreover, the FD agent working Saturday night was not friendly nor welcoming. It was after 8pm so maybe she was just having a bad day.. The agent working at 6am Sunday morning however was extremely nice and helpful during check out.

The property was recently updated. It was clean. The front desk person did not give us breakfast vouchers which caused a lot of work the next morning as it was a full service breakfast that they then charged to the room. This had to be taken off and if I had not caught it would have been double charged.

Our stay was great, definitely recommend the king suite for a family- lots of space. Breakfast is good and fresh.

Newly remodeled room. Quiet and loved the room darkening shades. Breakfast was cooked as ordered and was very good. Didn’t look at reviews before. We were passing through and stopped for the night. I give it a 10. Staff was very friendly.
