The hotel is lovely. It’s in a very good location near many important areas. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the service was good. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely hotel with a beautiful decoration and many amenities. Located on a quiet street in the historic center. It has a lot of restaurants and cafes around the neighborhood. Room was clean with A/C and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent!
The staff were amazing. Since the moment we arrived they gave us a warm welcome; they immediately offered us refreshments and then provided us with suggestions for activities inside and outside the hotel.
They were always very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you Chiara.

Ver helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is near everything. Rooms are a bit outdated and small even by European standards. However, they are very organized and super clean . I would stay there again

The stay in Golden Tower Hotel was very pleasant.
All staff were very friendly, especially Denielle.
The breakfast was also good. They made us freash vegetable juice. Also you can order omelte and fried eggs among others.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially David at the desk.
We were always greeted with a smile upon our return.
The location was great and we could walk to almost everything. It was nice being so close to the Piazza Republica. The restaurants were wonderful there.

Golden Tower was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Europe. Rooms & lobby are very clean and comfortable. Rooms had great AC and were cleaned daily. The service is truly top notch from the front desk to the cafe/bar. Everyone who works there was helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. Truly 5-star service at a relatively cheap price. My fiancée and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Florence!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Helped us by all means and showed great affection to our baby girl. Location of hotel is great and has a solution for traveling by car.

Property was in an geolocation. Rooms were very nice and staff were very friendly. They needed to have more staff for breakfast to accommodate.

Everything was very good.
All the people working there had excellent hospitality and were the best. Among them, the Japanese people Nami-san and GIZEL-san always greeted us with a smile and helped us in various ways, making us feel very happy and at ease during my trip to Florence with my 5-year-old grandson. We did. Also, the breakfast was very delicious and the staff were all very kind. The cleaning was perfect and I We always felt clean and comfortable. We also told our friends about this wonderful hotel. Also, please use this hotel when you come to Florence. We are really thankful to you.

Magnifico. Simply divine. Everything about Firenze was wonderful. Especially the warm welcoming and patience of the people. Very considerate of us being foreigners. I could see myself returning. Out of all my stays in Italy this was IT!!!
