We had a wonderful time with our 2 year old on this family vacation! The Finest resort is so accommodating to families (especially young kids). The Junior Swim Up Suite room was excellent for nap time because the parents could just sit outside in the pool/sun. The staff was extremely kind to us and our child. The food was excellent - we did a date night to the French restaurant and hired an on-site babysitter. Truly a magical vacation that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to any young family looking for an elevated, comfortable vacation!

Love this resort had a wonderful time with my husband. This was a trip that he did not want to end. Staff was amazing super nice and always greets you. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful property, clean rooms, beautiful beach and excellent dinning options

This is our second time at this hotel and whilst it was lovely, the previous time was better. Since 2018 it has definitely moved towards being oriented towards family/groups/weddings and less towards couples. It was really quite busy and there were kids and pushchairs everywhere. We paid extra to be in the adults-only part but that didn't seem worth it as there are only two adults only restaurants and two bars (in one of them we were given plastic glasses for our drinks at 8.30pm which wasn't great!). The staff are lovely and the hotel is spotlessly clean and has lots of fantastic facilities. I was a bit disappointed with check-in this time. Previously we were given a glass of prosecco when we arrived and our suitcases were in the room when we got there, we were also shown around a bit. This time, they didn't seem to know where we should be, the check-in was rushed and we didn't get a drink, and we had to wait in the room for a while before our cases arrived. I was also really disappointed that we specifically booked this for our 20th wedding anniversary and I told the guy this at check-in and he just smiled. Last time when we went for our anniversary we had a little banner on the hotel room door, our bed was decorated, etc. etc. It was still an amazing break, but they just don't seem that interested in making it special for couples and were all about the families. If you are travelling as a couple I would recommend going somewhere else.

The property is situated at the great location. It is a very large property with a long,calm beautiful beach. We can spend all day at the beach. It was awesome. Morning walk along the beach was unforgettable. We were greeted with the a glass of Champagne as soon as we arrived.All the personnel whom we came in contact with were very courteous, polite and gracious.Property is really clean , organized beautifully and well maintained. Food and drinks were also one of the best ( variety and unlimited). Pools were awesome.

Hotel was under construction and was not told ahead of time. They did not provide us the room we paid for.
