Nothing to be honest !!

We drove in from Chennai and upon our arrival the staff at the reception was soooooooo rude !! I mean they were just not courtious. All of them were so pissed and tired and had one word answers. Horrible !! All this for us who booked 5 rooms. The breakfast was Bad ! The coffee machine did not work. When I asked for a Filter coffee I got that after 25 min. The location is bad and in the middle of no where.

Breakfast is Very Good , with varity of choices like fruits ,juices, trraditional items , all cerals and like timing is very Good . staff are really good and served with smile all the time . the premises is very clean at all times and good area for walk in evening

an addition of a A Body massage room will add value to this property and will help needy residents . infact i was looking for it and nothing in close proximity .

Hopeless location. too remote, no cabs available

NO bar, AC not cooling, Water was dripping from AC, we could not sleep due to dripsound and in the night could not locate source of water

Restroom to be match upto the higher standard

Quality and quantity of food has to be improved. Otherwise good to stay.

Good size of rooms , n8ce property

Never seen a reception without any staff , had to wait for 10min to see any one around , later the guy endlessly claimed that he can't find the booking . Inspite providing the name surname and confirming that I was called from hotel and I checked out in the morning and rechecking in on a new booking . Later another crazy issue , gave laundry, in which they did not wash the jeans but just ironed them and gave back dirty - claiming its washed .... trying to fool the clients.... the issue was resolved by levied charges... never expected such an approach.
