Great hotel in a great location close to multiple transport modes and good shopping. We were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated. Room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay as usual. The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful bar and breakfast room, and it is a good walking distance to the Metro and Bon Marche. Staff is friendly.

This was our second time in Paris, and this place for the price you pay and the location they have, it is super amazing. Great area to stay in and be away from some packed tourist area and enjoy some real parisian experience while you are still close to some attractions by foot and everywhere else by public transport with so many stations close by

Great lobby, comfortable bed, Executive suite is the way to go if you need more room. Bathroom was nice size, although shower is a bit small and tight. Housekeeping was good. Great location - easy tot he Metro and well located for St. Germain area.

I recently stayed at Victoria Palace Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its charming ambiance and ideal location, just a short walk from both the Musée d’Orsay and the Bon Marché. The hotel perfectly balances a quaint, historic atmosphere with modern comforts, offering beautifully decorated rooms and a cozy, welcoming feel. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring a delightful experience from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast each morning and the peaceful surroundings, making it the perfect retreat while still being steps away from some of Paris’ best attractions.

We feel very lucky to have found the Victoria Palace Hotel! The location is wonderful and access to the Paris metro is less than 2 blocks away. We asked for, and were lucky enough to receive, an incredible room with a balcony overlooking the surrounding neighborhood. What a wonderful place to start and end our day! The room itself was very clean, quiet, and well-appointed, and the hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place and enjoyed every single moment from early morning when you see the Parisian streets till mid night that you see the corner bistro full of people.
It has been renovated to full extent and while you feel you are walking into historical hotel you enjoy the smell and design of this place.

Best hotel and service I've EVER received. The gentleman named Areski went above and beyond for my stay he upgraded my room, added breakfast and much more all because it was my birthday. The rest of the staff were nothing but kind and helpful I'd highly reccomend anyone to stay here they really made my time in Paris special and unforgettable. Thank you to everyone.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it last minute and we will for sure come back. The staff is wonderful very accommodating and the location is quite centralized. Le Bon Marche is a short walk and there are several restaurants just a few blocks away.
The decor is great and the rooms very comfortable.

Hotel itself was nice and clean but we had a room on the first floor and it was so noisy. We were woken up at 7am both mornings to a loading dock across the street. There’s also a bustling cafe with lots of people during the day time. I would recommend this hotel, as long as you don’t stay on the first floor.

Our family including two adult children and their wives all loved Victoria Palace. The staff were extremely helpful with dining and shopping recommendations, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to several Metro lines. Best of all, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

extremely OVERPRICED!!! I paid US$1000 per night for a small room that barely fit in my large suitcase, and a small window that you can only see others rooftop or others window, NEVER pick this hotel for their way to do business. This is my ONLY disappointment in the Olympic Paris trip and hope no one suffer in the future like me.

Disappointed ..they forgot to change the towels because they were hanging on the hangers, so next day I had to throw used towels on the floor to make sure they replaced it with fresh ones. Location is horrible too. Not as much dining around, everything is to far got to use a metro to even get some decent breakfast. Metro is not that close either..

We were blown away when we arrived; the space is so much more gorgeous than the photos imply. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional and the location was extremely central and well connected. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property. Excellent location to shopping, cafes and attractions. The hotel was modern, clean, and staff ensured your stay was rememberable. We arrived a bit early and they were kind to allow us to us the gym/spa services to shower and store our luggage which was greatly appreciated after a red eye flight. Thank you again!

The service in this property is horrendous. They are dismissive, rude and in no way go out of their way to assist you. I would be appalled if these people worked for my company; it is an embarrassment.
I do not want a tired and generic response from the hotel "we are sorry we did not meet your expectations",so please don't bother. You simply need to retrain your employees to provide a service which is fitting for your brand. Your property is a great disappointment in an otherwise wonderful city.

The Victoria Palace was lovely. The staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious, and our rooms were lovely. We stayed in the family room, which was actually two full rooms and bathrooms with a privacy door and our own section of a hallway to ourselves that locked from the outside. It was perfect for our family and so nice to have two bathrooms. The area had all of the amenities we needed with plenty of transportation options close by. We had a wonderful stay.
