It was hard to get in and out of the property, if there was traffic. The rooms were clean, but old and shabby appearing. Motel is pet friendly, which is okay, but had a pernicious smell, and my room in particular was almost intolerable with a dank, musty smell. I use a whole can of sanitizing spray, and it wasn’t enough.

The room needs to more maintenance and needs to have a coffee pot in the room and better supplies in the room I'll have to think about staying the next time

Given a room with dirty sheets - literally looked like a man working in dirt jumped into bed without a shower and rolled around. Red stain on the comforter - blood? Nail polish? We will never know but not sure how it was put on a clean bed for new residents. Shower never drained. We had to take a “bath shower” Ice bin was missing from room. Asked for clean towels around 9AM one morning and was told ALL towels were in the wash. Had to use a washcloth for my shower. Staff was nice.

Staff was uncooperative when we requested an extension cord. No cups in the room. No do not disturb signs. No coffee maker. Loud intermittent motor noise. We travel to Loveland often. We won't stay there again.

This stay was terrible with below issues: - air in room did not smell good - difficult to operate door latch. It almost came out while opening door - no room service. Not even cleaning or refilling basic things - no body lotion nor one available at front desk - no hair dryer in room nor one available at front desk - breakfast is bad seller. No bread at all - had to come down to front desk to reprogram keys 3 times as they did not work

When we entered our room the smell of urine was extremely strong, we had to open the window and spray cologne. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and corners. I chose this hotel because I have stood at Baymont several times and this was terrible.

It was the worst!! Bed was broke and the room smelled like feet and urine! I was given another room and the AC didn't cool. Had to bring towel down to get clean ones and since i was there 4 days i had to request to clean.. I have never stayed at a hotel like this. When you turn oh the TV it says welcome to ROADWAY INN! It smells good only around front desk once you go towards elevator that's it.. it was the worst! Glad i didn't have to spend so much time at the hotel...

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Shows age in several ways. Breakfast was short on options.

Overall our stay was less than average. My main complaint is that we stayed four nights and no cleaning service was offered the entire stay. We had to gather trash and towels, take to front desk and retrieve our own clean towels, trash bags, etc. For the cost of the room, I feel they could have provided something, especially with an extended stay.

It was a usual stay at a hotel

Room was booked for the 4 of us but they were only prepared for 2. We were told the pull out couches were no longer available and our children ended up on the floor for the night.

We arrived and checked in room, noticed a strange odor like a wet dog, but we proceeded to settle in only to find upon using the restroom that the toilet overflowed when flushed. Wife went to front desk and they handed her a plunger. We used shower towel on wet floor. This was very frustrating, we then looked around room and noticed toe nails on floor carpet, then opened drawer to find a pair of dirty pants, along with sticky stuff on the desk. The room was not clean. We were so freaked out at the filth that we left and the hotel attendant apologized and offered a full refund if we called Hotels and spoke to her manager the next day. We called hotels and they spoke to the hotel manager the next morning, who refused to refund our first night (we were booked for 2 nights). I then called the manager and she argued with me and said that since it looked like the shower was used, she would not refund our night. When I disagreed with her and tried to explain that the room was dirty the toilet was clogged and the bathroom was used to try and cleanup their mess, she responded by telling me that I was lucky she did not refuse to the second night refund and in fact maybe she would. She then put the phone on the counter and would not speak to me anymore. Insulting and unprofessional. Either she needs training or is the perfect fit for such a lousy property. Still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Over all I think they just need to do some serious maintenance and some updating, ( The bathroom floor tiles were loose, enough that you could pick them up out of the floor.. in both of our rooms ). The bedding didn’t look super nice, obviously used and washed a lot so there wasn’t that crisp clean feeling. All in all it was fine. Can’t say I’d stay here again without trying some of the other hotels in the area.

Room was Dirty, floor felt uneven, bathroom tile was all broken, bugs in room. Breakfast was limited, no juice, no milk. This needs a remodel and possible just torn down and restart.

I appreciate everything. I only wish that there would be better traction for the walk-in shower. I was afraid I would fall, although I have numb feet.

This place is friendly. Staff is amazing.

The staff was super nice except on Saturday Saturday morning. The room needs a good cleaning there were stains all over the pillow cases. We only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth to start with. The carpet in the hallways looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. There were no seats in the pool area. The pa was not very bubbly.The lobby furniture is covered in dog hair and stains. It needs a good cleaning. Went down for breakfast and one of the workers was throwing a half pan of eggs in the trash while the other one was making a waffle which left nothing for us.

Our hotel room smelled very bad, there was way too much external noise from the roads, the fridge barely kept any of our items cool, and the toilet continued to run constantly, as if it was leaking water.

The staff was friendly helpful and familiar with the area’s business's The rooms we extremely soundproof. The building is in needs of some major improvements with broken tiles on the bathroom floor, mold existing around the tub, hot water was only slightly warm, the carpet was extremely dirty, the furniture was sparse and damaged, an ice bucket was not available bathroom fan switch was covered and unavailable for use. Barking and unleashed dogs.

I would stay again but there is plenty of room for improvement

We had 3 towels, 1 wash cloth for 2 of us. When I asked for another towel at the desk they said it was their last 1. It was soiled. No iron , no ironing board, no hair dryer, I small soap in the bathroom for both of us. 3 small pillows for the bed. Air conditioner was borderline in working. Needless to say, probably won't be back.

Room was not very clean. We found a tweezer. Laying on the floor by the bed frame when we checked in.. Wall by the entry door had coffee spilled down the wall and back side of the door. Towels were limited to say the least. I asked on the second day if I would be able to get 2 complete sets. I recieved 2 bath towels and that was it Also when we arrived bathroom had a 3 light bulb fixture with 2 burnt out.

I liked staying here, honestly, it was a great price and isn't a bad drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The staff was friendly, the pool was a nice temperature and clean, the hot tub great, even the breakfast was still free! And decent! Some things could be improved, like the ceiling in the bathroom is discolored and peeling, some of the room looked like it hadn't been dusted (counter tops) or vacuumed... If give it a 4 out of 5 stars or on a 1-10 scale, a solid 7.

We found hair in our bed sheets, they gave us new ones to change out ourselves, there was chip bags and crumbs under the bed, they did not vacuum nor clean that room. The front desk employee said they did change sheets, just their dryer is old and leaves lint. Gross! The whole building needs restored. The elevator was nerve racking going up or down. I will never stay there again!!

Needs updating. Bathroom had leak from ceiling onto the floor between the toilet and sink. Carpet needs cleaning. Maintenance looks like it was just thrown together by someone that didn’t know how to do it, like the elevator floor. Touch ups needed throughout on first and second floor and in the room. Makes me wonder what else is halfway done. No chairs in the pool area so if you are just watching your kids you get to sit on the floor or stand the whole time. Staff was nice but was never at the desk, 4 out 5 times I came down they were outside by the front door.

Rooms need deep clean. Stains on walls. Mountain view was of an Arbys. Older hotel, needs some tlc. Staff was sweet and accommodating.

Good value. The staff were great. Breakfast was included. The rooms a little outdated, but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Conveniently located to Walmart and restaurants. Overall great stay.

We were in a bind from the previous hotel that we had booked and this one got us in at the last minute. Despite our crazy zoo of dogs, a toddler, and all our belongings as we were between houses, the staff were all so friendly and extremely accommodating! We are so grateful for them during our difficult time and would recommend this hotel as a place to stay anytime! Thank you!!

Everything was great except they only had 1 valet cart and it was being used at the time we needed it. The bed and bath were clean and the bed was comfortable

The room was good except for the pillows which were fairly new but more like couch pillows, small and hard. I also had a issue with the hot tub. My second night there I decided to use it. I had a hand on the railing and stepped in and my foot slipped off and I fell on my right shoulder and right hand. Still cant lift my arm above my head and think I sprained both thumbs! No friction tape on steps and slimy
