I had a problem when arriving because i didn’t know there is no street beside the hotel and i had to call them few minutes before arrival to arrange for the luggage porter to be there, besid that my stay was excellent, the room 👍👍👍, the check in and out was fast, restaurant great, friendly and helpful staff most of all the location opposite st sephan cathedral and in the core of the center,in my next visit to vienna i will surely pick the same place. Posted 2 photos of the exceptional view from my room.

This property is just next to the St Stephen’s Cathedral. Our room has a balcony with a spectacular view of the Cathedral and the square. The location is very convenient for shopping and there are lots of good restaurants around.

We stayed 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The personnel was extremely friendly and most helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly however the hotel has no lobby. The entrance is through the side of a street kitchen narrow and not inviting. The reservation desk is part of the restaurant full of people with no privacy. Rooms are very nice and inviting. The breakfast was poor a la carte and when I asked for some more yogurt I was told I have to pay. Very Nice people but I will not return there.

This was a very nice hotel with awesome staff in a great part of town. If I return to Budapest, I will definitely be staying there. I recommendation.

This hotel is just about location. No amenities and not even a bottle of water included. Staff was nice enough. Hotel in general is nothing special but you pay for location a views. I would not recommend and would not stay here if doing it all over again. There’s better hotels 5-6 min walk from the location.

The rooms in this hotel are beautiful. The outlook isn't nice, but the location is wonderful for tourists. The breakfast is nice and is reasonably priced.

I visited many cities in Europe, however despite the location and rooms, employees in the receptions were extremely rude, not polite amd making fun of us.
When I went to check in , they were 2 ladies at the reception, one was with her iPad. I asked for the city view, she laughed at me and said with the price you paid you can’t have it and the other lady beside her did a Sardonic launched to me

A good hotel in the city center. Location, staff and service were all good. We enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant as well.

We ate at both restaurants at the property. They were both excellent quality. The room and bed were comfortable.

The staff was very nice. Just make sure if you are driving to call before you get to the address they give you. The taxi drivers did not like us parking there until they got the car

Pros: Location is central and easily accessible, property was clean.
Cons: Room/bed-type paid for was not delivered. Staff ignored simple request for additional pillow. Staff ignored request for Expedia member perk (wine). Hallways noise was extremely noticeable from room. Save your money and stay elsewhere, the premium you pay here just isn't worth it.

I requested a king bedroom room a twin bed. They gave me 2 mini twin beds. Won’t recommend to sleep in those beds.

Great hotel in great location. Convenient to just about everything in central Vienna. Wonderful staff that was very helpful. Only complaint (minor) was overly complicated lighting in room. Would highly recommend and come back again

Good location, friendly reception- Roland at the front desk helped walk me to the cab stand with my luggages! Overall a good stay.

Perfect location. Literally on St. Stephan’s cathedral Square. Subway stop within 50m. Lots of shopping as well as dining within 2-5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

What vip access is receptionist and bellman with lousy attitude. Layout of room is weird, design is outdated. Towels, bed sheets look old. Sound isolation is really bad, I constantly hearing people talking in the hall way. Beside good location, it doesn’t worth any penny to stay in this hotel.

Very well situated property. One member of the staff tried to stop me from going up to my room because I was wearing leggings and a tank top and he didnt believe i was staying at the hotel.

Filthy rooms. Room Stank upon entry. Pillows really smelled as if never changed and towels as well. I was never offered an upgrade for a room and never got bottle of wine. Only positive was location. Not sure if possible but would like the “VIP” offered at another location since not used at this one. Hotel needs to know about filthy conditions. (Especially as it wasn’t inexpensive).

The hotel room was lovely but the cleaning was poor. We wasn’t given clean towels for our whole stay and had to request for toilet paper and shower gel!

Perfect location in the center of Vienna, close to all the important tourist spots. Clean and beautifully designed rooms. A small issue is that the lobby is just a small desk located in the 6th floor, right next to a loud/crowded bar so it wasn’t easy to communicate with the front desk staff. Still, a very nice hotel.
