The only thing I would change is the pool floats needed replaced and maybe a couple more lay out chairs. The house was spotless and had everything you needed.

This home has the potential to be a great choice for a VRBO! It’s the perfect size for a multi family stay. We had 11 people in our party and it worked for all of us. The inside of the home was fairly clean and comfortable, however could use updated flooring as it is lifting and warped on the main floor in kitchen area. There was plenty of things to entertain our grandkids and kids. The outside of the house was a mess. The front entry had bird poop all over it and it looked like it hadn’t been power washed or cleaned in weeks. I sent a message to manager upon arrival and they assured me someone would clean tte area that day. After multiple messages My husband ended up cleaning it so we could have guests over that night. The cleaning crew showed up two days later. The back of house around pool area could use a little love as it has cracks in the sidewalk that are a safety concern. The pool itself was clean and refreshing. I would say with a new outside cleaning crew and a new floor this would have gotten a 5 from me. In this case I’m giving it a 3.

The amenities were wonderful. However Thursday June 13th my granddaughter went to the house to drop off some groceries so we'd have something to eat for breakfast the next day. The temperature in the house was 97 degrees. The thermostat was not turned down and the air conditioner for the upstairs was not working. Try sleeping in 97 degrees.I was in contact with Hoste & they said give it time for the house to cool down & sent over 2 more fans. By the time we arrived at the house 4 hrs later (1:45 am) the upstairs was still 97 degrees.I contacted Hoste first thing in the morning & it wasn’t until around 4:30 pm before someone was able to come & fix the air conditioner. It is not my nature to give a bad review but I WAS NOT happy about that the air conditioners were not working properly and sleeping in a 97 degree house.

The yard and pool were amazing as well as the house. Room for everyone. We had a wonderful holiday with our family.

House was a great set up for our family. The pool table, pool, bags, and fire pit were great entertainment. Love the location. Nice golf courses, stores, and restaurants all close by.

Loved this place. Perfect for what we needed.

Our family of 12 (6 adults/6 children) stayed here over Christmas week. This home provided everything we needed and more!! Lots of space, lots of entertainment options for all ages and conveniently located to all of our activities. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. Beautiful accommodations for bedrooms and plenty of bath space. We could not recommend this place enough. The host was BEYOND incredible with immediate response to all of my questions before and during our trip. I’ve never dealt with a better host…ever!!! They do offer a concierge service if you need additional things but we did not use this service but it’s nice to know it’s there. Do yourself a favor and book this! You won’t regret it!

The outdoor space is amazing. And while it was too cold to use the swimming pool, we happily sat outside by the fire pit and played cornhole. Inside, the common area downstairs is just as spacious. Loved having a tv in the billiards room as well as the bistro table/chairs in the kitchen. The master bedroom was lovely. While some aren't a fan of the bathroom barn door, it wasn't a concern for us. There were two areas that weren't ideal for our situation. The master bedroom faces a busy street so we were unable to open the windows at night for fresh air because of traffic noise. I appreciate this is unnecessary most of the year given the outside temperature. More importantly, the acoustics of the house travel significantly. While upstairs, you can hear hushed voices downstairs. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom was separated by frosted french doors rather than a wall. While our extended family was next door, the lack of privacy was overwhelming. You could hear everything, absolutely everything. It would be great for parents who had their young child next door. The location was convenient for our stay with easy access to the 101.
