The staff was fantastic.

Hotel is just amazing! The property itself is small, but so well done from the decor, room decor and amenities to the location. The staff are incredibly helpful in providing suggestions for dining and tours and helped us in all of our bookings. They were absolutely fabulous! Can’t thank them enough.

Staff was great and was a funky boutique hotel! Loved the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. A wonderful place to stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Street Milano Duomo | a Design Boutique Hotel, an exceptional experience The concierge (Amira) reached out to us the day before we travel to Milan and gave us amazing suggestions, from local restaurants to arranging a private driver to pick us up from Malpensa Airport. When we walked into the location we knew we where in the best area, a few feet away from The Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II; we took the elevator to the lobby and were greeted with a warm smile and efficient service that set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a state-of-the-art coffee maker. The next morning we had a great breakfast at the hotel’s roof top terrace, it was delicious, featuring a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The staff were attentive, offering excellent service. What truly set The Street Milano Duomo Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I was very happy with this hotel. The room was nice and roomy. Location and staff were great. I would recommend.

Service was good. It’s a hard to find hotel and if you have a lot of luggage, the lady at front desk will help you. It’s hard for a car to get on this street so call ahead to ask for help if you have a rental.

It’s a small cute hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s not worn out. The area around is super touristic and busy- it’s around Duomo. On one hand - it’s easy to walk to the attractions but on the other hand it’s very noisy and doesn’t feel very safe.

I returned to this hotel as I a good stay last time, and had a bottle of wine given as a gift. The hotel is so central, great area. Staff very helpful. Check in swift and the glass of Prosecco when checking in was very nice.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is perfect if you want to be central to everything. Very close to the metro too. Room was great and the service was excellent. The team looked after us and sorted tickets for an attraction that was sold out. Always checked in to make sure we were ok. Great stay.

Best location

I reserved a two-bedroom suite for myself and my friend. Upon check-in, we were given keys to a one-bedroom room with a single bed. When I inquired, the staff informed me that they changed the room, assuming I was arriving alone. Not only did the hotel change the room without notifying me, they also charged the price of a two-bedroom and refused a refund. The lack of transparency was disappointing, and I was obligated to share one bed against my will. Unfortunately, finding another hotel late at night was impossible. This experience ruined my highly anticipated first night in Milan. Despite the hotel staff offering a complimentary breakfast and a voucher for a future stay, I have no plans to return.

Perfect location. Lovely staff with great ideas

So, the Expedia states that the hotel considers, guest of any age as adult. So, we show up three persons., with reservation for two adults and child- which was my mistake. So, we found out that, by Italian law, any hotel cannot be fully booked, and bookings have to honored. Meaning, the hotel simply did not want to work with us, eventhought we were willing to pay the extra. We paid, for a two day stay. Jan1 st 2024. The hotel manager, who was not there nor would speak with us/ They kicked us out of the hotel at Midnight, me and my two teen daughters, with no recourse. Expedia apparently cannot reach the hotel for a refund. If the manager is in a bad mood or does not like, you, the police will be called and you will be evicted. And, by the way- you open the windows, you can see diners from Mc Donalds, across the street gawk at you. This is my only negative review in Expedia in over 10 years, The management, has no empathy. The rest of Italy, was amazing.

Amazing quiet hotel with clean room and great service. Love the breakfast area. Only thing is that you must park in mall beside Rinascente but it’s safe and easy to walk over of 1 min.

Stunning hotel in the best location to explore Milan. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have met anywhere. The WhatsApp contact is great and I loved the fact they genuinely care how your holiday is going. Their food recommendations were superb as well. The rooms are fantastic, great size and probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The breakfast was also superb, very high quality all around. I really cannot give enough praise because this hotel enhanced our stay in Milan.

The hotel placed 2-5min away from the church, and shopping mall. It is above a little street that seem full of people, but not atall did we hear any noise at the room, even with the window out to the street. The personal was welcoming, and helpful with any request. Room was clearn and everything we needed in it was there.

Great location and interesting design! Limited hot water supply and air conditioning was not working in the second bedroom. No VIP upgrade and no VIP amenities as promised.

Location could not have been better. Staff was the best we had from the 9 hotels in Italy we stayed at on this last trip.
