Stay anywhere else, this is not a 3 bedroom as advertised. This is two small bedrooms and a closet with a single bed stuffed in it. The room is 46” wide by 92” long. Literally a closet. By Canadian building code this is illegal. Very run down unit. The actual bedrooms were not much better than the closet. Beds are very old and incredibly uncomfortable. The unit is hot and very noisy. Owner would not accept responsibility for the outright lies in the posting of 3 bedroom 5 star property. 2 bedroom, 2 star at best. Have many pictures that show this.

This apartment was perfect for our first trip to Vancouver. It was in a great location - just a short walk to the Gastown district where there are many restaurants and shops, and a short drive to major attractions such as Stanley Park and Granville Island, as well as the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. The pool in the building was also a huge bonus for our 7 year-old. Great views from the terrace.

Nice and clean. Convenient location. The rooms are smaller than what they look like in pictures, and the converted 3rd br doesn’t have much space other than bed. Cloth Dryer is very loud, but works otherwise

The property itself was lovely. We all very much enjoyed the facilities. The only down side to this property was the washer and dryer, they are VERY old, hard to get to work and very loud. One bedroom only fits a small bed, but the pictures are accurate so there was no surprise there. We were all happy to have our own space after a week on a cruise ship. The location of the condo is a little sketchy, but we felt perfectly safe hopping on a bus or getting an uber to anywhere we wanted to go. The public transportation was easy to figure out and busses you just hop on and pay with a CC as you get on. It would have been nice to have a binder with cool places to go and see and maybe a page or two with the bus schedule or how to use public transportation. We even rented bikes one day and biked to Stanley Park and did that. Thanks Steve for a great stay!

Great condo in a wonderful location with easy car access, LRT and lots of dining and shopping options at your doorstep.

This location was ideal for us. Steps from Skytrain, supermarket and Costco. Beautiful walk to Science World. Parking included was wonderful. Very clean, safe and secure building, although there are some sketchy looking areas close by. Lots of thoughtful details: salt & pepper and a few spices in the kitchen, Keurig & coffee pods, some tea bags, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner in each of the large bathrooms, two umbrellas in the laundry closet, LOTS of fluffy white towels, Netflix. The 3rd bedroom was very small but charming -- we referred to it as the "Cupboard Under the Stairs" and the boys took turns sleeping there. Communication with host was awesome. Great instructions for getting in and very thoughtful intel on how to load your car and leave without getting locked inside the parking garage. Will stay here again on my next trip to Van!
