House was clean and very spacious so had plenty of room for everyone. It was close to where we needed to be at and away from the hecticness of the strip. Would definitely try to stay there the next time!

Everything was fine with this lovely house, my kids had a great time. The only thing that I didn't like was that at night you can hear Every siren(police/ambulance)and all the cars that go by...... besides that Everything was amazing

This rental met and exceeded our expectations. The home was well stocked and supplied with essentials. There were a lot of “extras” too that many rentals don’t think to provide that made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was a cool and refreshing retreat in the heat of the day. The master bed was firm but not hard and we slept very comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. Coffee station was very cute. Host is very helpful and easy to get in touch with. If you get cold feet, there is a hall closet with blankets (didn’t discover till 2nd day). AC worked well. We all had a wonderful visit. We would stay here again.

The property was clean and inviting. The hosts really made this feel like you were at home. From the welcome signs to basket of snacks, the endless coffee options and amazing backyard. We are sad to leave but will definitely come back for our next visit! Can I say the pool was to die for! The pics of the backyard do not do it justice!

We stayed here for both business and a little leisure.
The house is clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us to be comfortable. There's thoughtful touches like an emergency toothbrush in case you forgot or lotion. The backyard is nice with everything you need to BBQ and hang out.
There is quite a bit of emergency vehicle sirens but that's to be expected in Las Vegas. It's not super quiet but we felt very safe.
We thought it was a good central location for us to get to the strip or anywhere else in Vegas.

Might be the best house to rent in Vegas. Big outdoor area, including heated pool. Easy access to the strip, but away enough to avoid traffic. Friendly neighborhood and owners were pleasant, accommodating and great to work with. House was clean with everything you could need. Would highly recommend and fully intend to rent again, every time that I am in Vegas.

We had a great time during our 6 night stay at this property. The pool and outside entertaining areas where fun and we had good weather to enjoy it. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and they thought of just about anything you could need. The host was very responsive and we had no issues.
The only downside was that that the house is on a busy road and there is currently construction going on across the street during the day but it did not bother us that much.
We would consider staying here again as it is within 10 minutes to any hot spots in Vegas without staying on the strip as well as things to do in that area.

This cute property is in the perfect location to get to the strip and then to get away from the strip and chill out. We were in town for VivaFest 2024 and this home was the ideal home base for all the places we needed to be while in town. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Home is comfortable and well stocked with thoughtful items - including a coffee bar, spices, toiletries, laundry supplies and more! Definitely recommend!

We were very impressed with this house despite the location on a busy road. Once inside the house and doors closed you could hardly hear outside noise. The home is well decorated and the amenities were amazing. Even special beds for our dogs. This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at in a very long time. So many things are supplied and we felt welcomed. The pool was great! We had it heated for our stay but due to the apocalyptic wind storm we were only able to use it for a few hours. But the kids enjoyed the pool when they could. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!

The house was the best home we've stayed in for many years. Very well stocked, from a full coffee station, to snacks, shampoos, and linens. We needed for nothing. We've never had a home as comfortable and that provided all the amenities needed...plus more! The host was helpful and very gracious. Loved it.

The property was beautiful. The Pool was clean. All of the rooms were very accommodating for my family. I loved the decor and the multiple amenities! It’s off the strip and near the airport, away from the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was very communicative from check in all the way to check out. All of the rooms had all the extras you could think of! The welcome sign made our trip so personable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so very much for the hospitality.

This home is nicely remodeled, very clean and has an awesome pool! The managers were super easy to work with and answered all communications within minutes. Only downside is noise, there is a busy street out front and an ambulance company nearby. Things do quiet down at night and sleeping is easy.

This home ended up being just what we needed for our stay near Vegas. We were in town for a wedding that was just two miles away from the property. My husband and I invited our two children with their spouses, which allowed us all to be together and visit. The ample seating both inside and out was great. So many amenities were available for our use. There were snacks, drinks, all cleaning supplies, toiletries, and tons of supplies in the kitchen. We didn't want for anything. The only suggestion I would add is to have dressers in the bedrooms for putting our clothes in during our stay. It was at least nice to have the luggage holders.

Wonderful house in a great location. Berenice was always available in a matter of minutes to answer all questions we had. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! House and pool, which was heated, were immaculate, warm and inviting. Not to mention the personal touch Berenice adds to make you feel at home! If they had more than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate to give them all to you Berenice! Can’t wait to stay with you again in the future! Such a refreshing change from staying on the strip. Like a private oasis! 😁

We escaped Washington state winter weather for a week of sunshine and pickleball playing at Sunset Park. The location was perfect - eight minutes from the courts. Book this place, you won't regret it!
We enjoyed the wonderful backyard fire pit and the welcome refreshments. The hosts were fabulous and responded quickly to our every inquiry, we seriously couldn't have asked for better hosts. They made us feel so welcome from the get go and the house was very nicely appointed. We had an excellent week and would 100% recommend a stay here if you are considering it.

Our stay was amazing! The space is super spacious and fit our family and fur babies perfectly. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. The home was really homey and we felt right at home as soon as we got there. The property manger replied very promptly and resolved any question we had. I am definitely looking forward to rebook this property in the summer so we can enjoy the pool.

If Circus, Circus or Excalibur are your type of place, this place is for you. Cheaply renovated. You get what you pay for and pay for what you get. I left after one night because I couldn't sleep with the street noise.

This was the best home that my family and I have stayed in for a long time. We were given the VIP Treatment over Thanksgiving weekend with sparkling cider, an apple pie, and a bin full of snacks. This home is gorgeous and the amenities were wonderful. The owner was readily available and the stay was stress-free.

This was a great place for my family to stay in Las Vegas. It is an older property, but the interior is freshly renovated giving it a modern look/feel. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked like fun. We will need to come back in the summer! The host was great. Very straight forward checkin/out.
