Our favorite beach house! 5 star stay! So detailed oriented, clean, beautiful, etc etc! It rained every single day but the awesome amenities kept the smiles on our faces! Especially the ping pong table! The golf cart was handy only because we had small children (4 under 5yrs old) but the walk is super close to the beach! Will definitely stay again, thank you!

What a treat to just kick back and relax with our family. My grandfather had just passed the week before we were scheduled to arrive and the time together was just what was needed. He loved Navarre, coming with us on two prior vacations. The house wa perfect for our family and we loved every minute!

Great house for the family. Beach was an easy walk, pool was great and enjoyed the hot tub. Elevator made it easy to get stuff up and down. Would stay here again.

One of the nicest houses we have rented. Numerous things to do right at the house including pool, hottub, badminton, ping pong, mini golf green, and video game table. There was a golf cart but it was not really needed as only 5 min walk to the beach. There was also an elevator which helped bringing in suitcases and groceries. Would be perfect for eldery guests. Owner was very responsive and left a nice welcome basket of wine, snacks, etc.. everything very comfortable including the bedding and outside chairs and sofas. Would love to return and would highly recommend.

The property was excellent and top notch. The layout was great with plenty of room to spread out. The decor was perfect for the beach. The owner and property manager provided a very nice complimentary welcome basket and the home was filled with many personal touches.

What a beautiful property. The property manager, Michelle, went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. A welcome gift basket with things for adults and kids set the tone for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. The house was top notch. The hot tub made the cooler temps refreshing. The ping pong table and putting green gave the kids plenty to do as well. Could not recommend this more. We will definitely be coming back.

The small gestures left around the house were above and beyond what I’d expect from a rental. The house can easily fit 2 families and has everything so there is no need leave other than the short walk to the ocean. My family wants to rent the same house next time we come in town!

We had 3 families stay at the Bimini House. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was prompt to respond and very helpful. We will definitely return.

Beautiful home and location. Management company was very responsive and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work but we were compensated for the inconvenience. The beach is beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying at the Bimini House! It was beautiful inside and the beach was beautiful outside! So much to do for everyone and so much space with every bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen truly was fully stocked and we were even able to make a thanksgiving meal while there. We all really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

Perfect property!! Our group enjoyed every bit of this house. The bedrooms were so clean and comfortable beds. All the amenities were perfect. The Host added a special touch through out the house. We loved the outside living space. There was a perfect spot for everyone to hang out and relax.

The Bimini House was fantastic! There was never a dull moment, between the beautiful beach steps from the house, to the pool, the spacious decks where many card games were played, this house did not disappoint! The layout was great. Ice machine was an awesome add as well. This place had it all!!

The Bimini House was absolutely beautiful and the furnishings were impressive. Michelle and Diane were great to work with and the little extras scattered throughout the house were impressive. Everyone loved the pool, the hot tub, the large deck, the volleyball court and of course, the golf cart. Our families enjoyed taking the golf cart across the street to the public beach parking and the beach was never crowded like at a condo. Our family of 10 rated this property a 10 star, but VRBO said 5 was the maximum. Be ready to be impressed by the Bimini House, we sure were !!!

This house was fantastic. It fit 10 (5 couples) of us perfectly. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The pool was the perfect size for an evening/night swim! The back porch was perfect to stargaze and watch the meteor shower! It is a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with an ice machine. We will definitely be staying here again. Communication about checkin and checkout were provided promptly and quick responses to any questions or comments. There is an elevator in this property that made it super accessible to everyone and helped after a long day at the beach. 100% would recommend this property!

Great house, super clean, lots of space! Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. Pool was awesome and so close to the beach. We used the golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach but it’s a very short walk to the parking lot. Definite 5 star stay and very helpful host and property manager. Our family of 12 had plenty of room. My mom has a hard time with stairs and the elevator was wonderful for her and excellent for luggage and groceries as well. Lots of extras and details. Recommend!

Everything worked out well. Great communication from owner and management company. 10 out of 10 would stay there again. Proximity to the public beach access across the street made it work and the kids loved the private pool. Its in shade before lunch so they could avoid the sun for a while. We brought a cornhole set and there was room to play downstairs in the garage area out of the sun. Overall great stay with great hosts.

The house is more than described. They have thought of everything to make it a pleasure to stay there. Simple walk to the beach, pool is perfect with plenty of space, beach chairs available, and plenty of extra things to entertain the family.

This house was one of the best we’ve stayed at in the area. The small touches make such a big difference from the beach towels, and basket of goodies to the mirrors in the bathrooms. Nicely decorated and close to the beach. Loved our stay here!

Our family had a first class vacation at the Bimini House! Every detail was custom and we felt welcomed! There was plenty to do from the putt putt course, to the beautiful pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, volley ball court to mention a few. The kitchen was well stocked and we even had a candy waiting for us on our pillow before bedtime! Beautiful decor at every turn! And lots of lovely restrooms, too. This home will not disappoint! Oh and did I mention the beautiful beach!

The Bimini House was absolutely beautiful. The extra amenities were great. We had a family vacation and used all of the rooms. Having a bathroom in every room was awesome. This house is beautiful and the description doesn’t do it justice. We would stay there again and highly recommend.

I highly recommend to rent this beach house. This house is spacious and it is perfect if you have a big group of people. The house is very clean and has everything you need.
It was nice just to hangout by the pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and the mini putt putt when you don't feel like going to the beach.
The house is very close to the public beach access and the walk is very easy. The beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Bimini House. There are so many extras…bathrobes, toiletries, an ice machine, the golf cart, and a vert well stocked kitchen. The layout was amazing, there is enough space to gather as a family, but also allows you to have your own space when needed. The pool felt we were at resort. I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be coming back.

Our family and friends came together to celebrate graduation from University of West Florida. We had everything that we needed. The hot tub, pool, volleyball court and golf cart was an awesome entertainment of our trip not to mention the beach!! We did not need to go anywhere else.

This was an amazing home just across from a beach access. It was highlighted by an enormous open kitchen, family room, and outside deck that all could gather. The pool area reminds us of a resort. The amenities were great and all three generations of our family were thoroughly entertained. We will return!

Bimini House was a perfect property for our group. The weather was less than ideal but we were all very comfortable in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of nice touches like the robes and bath amenities. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This house & RMI are marvelous! So much more than we imaged. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The elevator was great for taking in suitcases & groceries from garage level to upper levels. The golf cart was wonderful for checking out the area. Easy access to the beautiful beach across the street. RMI was easy to contact & quickly responsed to any questions we had. You won't be disappointed if you rent this place. Many great family memories were made here. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us. We will definately be back if at all possible.
