The property was as listed, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Liked the lighted outside deck. The garage door did not work and that was an inconvenience. It was difficult to find the owner phone number and I hope they put that in their welcome book in the future. Loved the decor and lots of great games to use. Overall would stay again!

Very clean, and organized. Lots of amenities provided. Pool table and poker table were a huge plus for us. If we had to come up to Geneva again would for sure stay here. Great house to celebrate the new year with some friends. About 10 minutes from downtown and grocery stores.

This property is geared for guests to enjoy themselves. Kitchen full with whatever u might need. Owners kind & delightful. Called about washer error code & Matt was out right away! Nothing bad about this place at all. My only complaint would be the check in & check out times. Id like to have 2 full days, but u check in at 4pm & have to be out at 11am. I'd still come back again & again. It was a delight and well cared for. They do really take care of their guests!!

We only had 2 night, Christmas Eve and Christmas day, but the house was perfect. Comfortable and everything we could have hoped for (and even some things we didn't think we'd have) to host dinner for family and spend Christmas with lived ones

First impressions is the house was very clean and modern but had that country charm. The house was much roomier than I was expecting, the dining area has a good sized deck with lights which was pretty cool at night. The bedrooms were good sized the beds were comfy & the sheets were nice. We did use the washer and dryer which was nice to have access to during our stay & downstairs we played a few pool games in TV/Rec room area and watched tv. The upstairs has guitars,a piano, board games, which was fun to play around with at the end of the day when we weren't out on the deck. The kitchen had really nice dishes and mugs for morning coffee and they are kid friendly too which was appreciated as we cooked at the house a lot during our stay. They have a grill & smoker we only used the grill but it was very nice to have. The owners seem to keep the house set up so you stay is a stress free as possible so you can relax & enjoy the moments. The area is very simplistic & serene the deck was great for morning meditation surrounded by nature. The area itself felt very safe you have a lot of space between neighbors which was nice too. The owners were very kind & responsive with any questions we had even if it was just a silly one. Honestly,we have stayed a lot of places but this one little hidden gem in the country. We will definitely will be staying here again there was plenty of room, the house was very clean, the beds were amazingly comfy, the comforts of home were all there.

The place was exactly as described and well stocked with all the necessities. Would gladly stay there again.

We so enjoyed our stay. Evertthing we needed and more was available within the house. Its a warmand inviting home. Matt, the owner was a wonderful host. Even the pickiest member of the family was impressed. So that was amazing. Loved all the instruments and a few of the teenagers played with them and now want to take lessons. Thank you so much for sharing a wonderful time. Will definitely rent again next time I return home.

Perfect spot for my daughter’s 18th birthday with her friends (and a few adult chaperones). Basement was perfect hangout spot for them with ample seating, tv, game table, and pool table.

The home is incredible! Its definitely a big space that's perfect for any getaway. My friends and I had such a great time with this home.

This home is very clean and has everything you can possibly need and want. Including games, books, beach towels, bed rails for toddlers, child’s potty seat and every outdoor game i manageable. The owners went above and beyond to make sure trip was seamless. I would stay here again and recommend this home anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay! This property worked perfectly for us, our son-in-law has an apartment in Lake Geneva and it was a quick easy drive from his apartment to the ''house'' and to the Lake to do some fishing & boating. The kitchen is very nice and well supplied, we had the family come over for some meals. The House is very clean, decorated very nice and very well stocked! We played games, played the piano and watched movies and our granddaughter loved the swing out back. We're so glad we decided to stay here instead of a hotel!! I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well maintained, and the owner was easy to communicate with. They did a really nice job of stocking the house with items to make our stay easier, like lots of towels, toiletries, dishes, etc. Glad we chose this place over a hotel, and would definitely book again!

We chose this location to be able to relax between games, and it was very relaxing! Great little getaway!
