Stayed at this house with 2 friends while competing in dragon boat races on the Mississippi. It’s pet friendly and has a nice fenced yard with a great sitting area. You can tell this has been newly updated and while compact, the three bedrooms gave us privacy. The living area was comfortable and I was impressed with the amount of games that were provided. Best of all was the host’s responsiveness to questions. Very good communication and a delight to work with.

The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. We thought it was a very cute, well decorated and comfortable home. We came in town for a wedding and were 7 minutes away from everything we needed to access. (We didn’t know that at the time). The host is very friendly and more than accommodating!

This home is lovely. Such a great layout. The updates are so great and the fenced in backyard is a game changer for our dog. The outdoor patio is perfect for hanging anytime of the day. The location is perfect and will definitely stay again and again!

Where to start… Our stay was fantastic, the home is clean and cozy, the backyard is enormous and well kept, and talk about a great host! Cheryl’s check-in documentation was thorough, and she was so helpful reaching out to make sure we were settled.
Nestled in a tidy brick neighborhood, the home is easily accessible and located right in the middle of everything. We spent time at the fairgrounds with our classic cars, and were able to easily scoot around downtown Dubuque, dining at Timmerman’s to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary.

This rental is nicely renovated, very comfortable and feels like home. The location is quiet, convenient and easy to find. The fenced back yard is large and a big plus for pets. Will definitely stay here again!

City bungalo meets mid century with modern farmhouse. Clean, quiet, newly remodeled fresh. Easy acess to dubuque areas of interest and galena. Home is minimalist (no clutter). Just a nice spot after a day of outings. A fire pit would be good addition, along with a table outside, umbrella. Just a suggestion, but we loved the big yard and adorable house.

Great little house with everything you need for a stay in Dubuque. The quick response via text of any question was probably the best I've ever experienced at a short term rental. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter at Loras College over Labor Day weekend. Great location, great amenities, and a big backyard to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

This property was wonderful. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. A wonderfully little living room area and dinning table for 6. It was wi ferrules to have a kitchen to give my daughter and a few of her friends a home cooked meal.

We loved our stay in Dubuque in this cozy, clean and comfortable house! It was on a quiet street right near college campus, which was an ideal location for move in day when we dropped our freshman off. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our black lab dog. The host was very easy to communicate with from beginning to end. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, a room w/desk that worked out for my husband's office hours and everything you need for kitchen use. I personally loved all the decor/furniture and special added touches that made it welcoming and a great stay! We definitely plan to stay here again during our son's college years.

Our stay was great. Our host was very helpful and kind. I don’t who was supposed to send out the welcome packet, but I did not get it. The house was well located. It was within a few minutes of good shopping and eating. Since this was my first VRBO experience, I was wondering if I did it right? I did not receive my arrival packet.

The house has been updated and is very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Anything you could need in the kitchen. Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Park with outdoor pool minutes away. Host is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cheryl was an excellent host!!! Property was perfect for our family and pets. It was comfortable, quaint, clean, and had everything you would need for a weekend stay!! Highly reccommend!!! Will stay again of and when we go back.

Came to town for 3 nights for a family gathering. House was in a great location! Fitted our needs perfectly, beds were very comfortable, homee was nicely decorated, and owner was great with communication and accommodating our needs. Highly recommend this rental.

Spotless. Super comfortable beds. Convenient. Parking made it easy to load and unload. Quiet … a real plus on a Saturday night. Short drive to terrific restaurants and the main attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean, easy to access, 10 mins or less from everything. It looks small but feels spacious and welcoming. Amazing amount kitchen supplies for cooking. Everything is thoughtful and well done. Owner is great and easy to work with!
