Reception staff was very gentle and friendly, the rooms were very clean and hygienic, and all of the hotel staff were friendly, comfortable, and hygienic stay.

I did not like anything in the stay
They charged more than what I have booked for on the booking.com and also gave a non AC room where I booked a AC room, reckless behavior from staff, room is not at all clean, washroom is not hygienic.

Staff are very rude. Check in allowed at 12.30 pm. Reported at 11.30am. One hour waited.

Breakfast not given. The worst in the city. There is no single room boy .in 3 days no body came for cleaning . The amount taken was more than what they announced earlier . Geyser also not there .The ceiling was not fixed .
They are not taking care for tourists .
