As we arrived, the air conditioner wasn't functioning, thus the temperature in the house was warmer than most of the family was used to. The air conditioning was resolved the next day. The coffee pot also malfunctioned, but that was resolved quickly on the morning, this happened. The carpet in the master bedroom is in need of replacement. As our little dog seemed to indicate, there are a lot of spots she smelled, knowing another dog had accidents on the carpet. The kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off and ran continuously part of the time. The hot water was set to hot and if not careful, could cause a serious burn. I was disappointed, as the pictures don't show the lack of maintenance on the exterior and grounds. The owner needs to take time to update and fix the property.

15 friends rented the main house and guest house. We were pleased with the location. We didn't experience any negative issues during our stay. Faye is an excellent manager.

We had a great time!! It was perfect for our Easter holiday with friends and family! We had a very large group ranging from 2 year old to 50 year old…tons of room and tons of fun!! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!!

This is the second year our family ha stayed at this location and it has been perfect. There is plenty of space to spread out and big spaces to all gather together. The home is clean and beautiful and feels like 'home'. The host has been nothing but accommodating during our stays here. We also LOVED the addition of the game room - the kids and adults enjoyed it and the whole family stayed engaged all weekend log. So much to do, we don't even have to leave!

Plenty of room for our large family to spread out and do our own thing, but also plenty of room to hang out all together. This place is beautiful, we loved it so much it was hard to leave and do anything outside of the house.

This is a must see property. Our family and friends had a spectacular time. The views are breathtaking. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The temperature controls in the house were amazing and we were perfectly comfortable the entire time. The hot tub was refreshing and relaxing at the end of a beautiful day touring the Black Hills. The close proximity to all of the excitement was great.
Propertymanagement was awesome as well. Very attentive.
I will certainly be visiting again with my family.
P.S. If you are considering the game room and theater, DO IT!

This house was acceptable. Kitchen size, property and view are exceptional. House is a bit dated, but that doesn't mean anything unless you are well-versed in large, expensive VRBO rentals as we are.
The listing did not state anything about a seperate guest house, so you should know that there may be other people in the same back yard. Also, this house only provides enough matresses for 17, definitely did not really sleep 22.
The game room was fun, even in its unfinished state.
Deliveries were made where the vendor had been provided the code and just walked into the house mid-day, so that was awkward.
Overall, it was pretty good stay.
The view, grounds, garage availability and deck set up were really great, perfect actually.
Also, very dog friendly so that was a huge plus for our group

We had a wondeful time and enjoyed the amenities at this home. We booked some down time during our vacation, instead of constant tourism, and this home did not disappoint. Plenty of fun at the home with the game room and theater. My grandchildren and grown children had the best time. Faye (property manager) was very responsive to our questions or concerns. Our Bride and Groom were celebrating their future wedding with 25 of our closest friends and family! Faye was AMAZING! She helped us coordinate our trip, was extremely accommodating, put a tent out for us due to the rain, and helped us tremendously by sending a left item back and letting us know right away. The house is immaculate, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great stay!

Our family gathered in this beautiful home and had the most amazing time. There was plenty of space for the adults and kids to spread out. The scenery is gorgeous and we enjoyed every space from the deck and fireplace to the kitchen, large living room and game room. The details of this house and hosts were spectacular - the goodie basket, toiletries, and household items available made our stay feel just like home. Thanks so much!

This property and its’s views and space was absolutely spectacular!! We had a large group, with ages varying from 7-86, and this cabin entertained everyone. The pictures shown truly don’t do this place justice! It was beyond our expectations!! Faye, our contact person, was a gem…super friendly and beyond helpful. We are already planning our next booking with them.
