The property is beautiful with a stunning backdrop. You can see the Taal volcation and the surrounding areas from the second floor up. The house helpers were kind and accommodating; they gave us privacy and was always available if we needed help with anything. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was also very lovely and came to say hello on our first night.

Unfortunately, the amount of cameras indoors (only areas without are your individual rooms and bathrooms) and signage not allowing you to have any drinks or food in the living room area made us a bit uncomfortable. We understood later on after speaking to the helpers that they've had many visitors who did not respect the lovely property hence the rules. Always unfortunate when a few bad apples make it less fun for everyone else. The pool heater and jacuzzi also didn't work so we were unable to use all the facilities. The owner offered free additional hours / late check out but we unfortunately had to leave at our scheduled time anyway.

Our family had a pleasant overnight stay at this place. The rooms were neatly maintained; the dining & kitchen area were fully equipped for our needs. It was raining when we stayed so even if all 5Brs & living room had A/Cs available, the weather was cool enough so that some of us just opted for natural temp. There were electric mosquito/insect killers provided in dining/living area in case needed. Boardgames were also available as well as Karaoke and wifi & Netflix access. While the road leading to the property is initially steep, it eventually flattens where the house is located. The place is quiet with a lot of surrounding greenery and allows a view of the lake. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but had the chance to use jacuzzi before we left (there was a brief fair weather interval). The caretaker (Ate Myrna) was very helpful & responsive and some issues or requests were acted upon soonest. The owner also monitored & checked on us during our stay. We would love to go back to this place because of our pleasant experience but hopefully for at least a few days to enjoy fully what the place offers. An overnight stay was “bitin”😂

Felt like a millionaire staying at this amazing place, the view is incomparable! The morning we stayed the Taal volcano was steaming over the Taal lake and jungle covered mountains… like from a dream!! The house is modern, clean and beautiful, from the pool to the rooftop terrace!! We loved watching the kid’s singing karaoke and the kitchen was perfect to prepare meals. Special thanks to Ate who greeted us, opened the gates for our car and grabbed us towels and everything else we needed. Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed, from Europe, the States and Asia!! First class all the way!!

We liked everything here.

The house is exceptional! It is enormous and reminiscent of a Southern California mansion overlooking Malibu, but this house’s view is the Taal volcano lake. We watched the volcano steaming as we had breakfast and the kids sang karaoke. There is a viewing area on the roof and everywhere views from all of the windows. The pool and patio are very well kept and the Ate will provide linens and anything else you might need.

The property had nothing we didn’t like.

This property is top of the line!! Has everything you would ever want in a place to stay with a group!! Beautiful, the pool is amazing and the two ladies made certain every need was met immediately. The location overlooks a green nature preserve and the Taal lake and volcano 🌋. The town of Tagaytay is close by with amazing restaurants and shops.

This place has no downsides, really!!
