not cleaned . lime scale and dirty mirror and showers and toilets . bins not emptied not hoovered and itchy in the beds . simple tasks to keep a place clean and made the stay very uncomfortable. contacted them to bring up these issues and responded with excuses . smoke alarm was hanging and cut which is also illegal :

it's clean and everthing is perfect

I was thinking about this rating while I was there. This apartment is simply a place to rest - in a positive sense. It is a whole house with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and with big kithen. It is a perfect place if you going to visit London with a group friends or with Family. We were there-5 adults and 4 kids. And there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very communicative and helpful- responding in couple minute. House is clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the kitchen avaliable to the guests. It was close to shop and to bus and metro station. Squirrels run around in front of the house in the morning. It was just what we needed for the trip.
