Overall average experience. Unfortunately our daughter couldn't swim because of a perv that was lurking. Not the hotel's fault. Our bathroom door handle was broken. Customer service said they would repair it after we left. Breakfast is grab-and-go, and not impressive at that.

No front desk, no parking for blocks,, I'm handy capped. No valet parking. No employees on property. Rear Security gate open all day and night. Comp breakfast was literally 2 rotten pears and some cheap plastic danish. Now the GOOD STUFF, been here many times under previous management. Great comfortable little spot. Very nice comfortable rooms. Nice location, well maintained property. Pool area and closeness to downtown Scottsdale is a plus. And yes after all my b*tch'n, I've booked a room there again for next week. They rescheduled ELO concert for next week! As long as you are not worried about parking , no front desk, breakfast or the security gate open all night... it truly is a nice place and a solid price. 6

Very difficult to get to room. Upstairs that are very steep and no cart for suitcases. Parking OK. Breakfast a joke, one sweet waffle and empty coffee pot. Robot broken in foyer. Room was ample, bring your own kleenex!

Definitely different. No reception desk. Everything done on line like an air B&N. Nice facility, very nice pool. Restaurant on premises (which I didn't find time to try). Electrical system in the room seemed inadequate. Multiple power strips for basic items. The coffee maker kept overloading the power strip it was plugged into, making it virtually useless. No closet... Clothes rack in the admittedly very large bathroom instead. Television set up for streaming services only. Better bring your passwords.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The AC was very strong. However, the restaurant /bar was non-existent. There is actually NOBODY on the premises of the property. They allow animals(which is fine) however, the dog that was in the room next to mines barked all night long every time someone walked past the room. I was charged a $30 cleaning fee and told I left the bathroom “very dirty” which is a lie. I was there for 2 nights , how much of a mess cause the bathroom has been. For those reasons I will not stay again when I visit and I don’t recommend anybody staying here.

Where do I begin…. I understand the times are changing into no personal service from humans but Check in was awful. Everything is automated. We were tired from a long drive and had to do everything online. I did not feel comfortable putting my information out there, but that was the only way we were going to get access to our room. if I were elderly and did not know how to be tech savvy, it would have been very frustrating. The parking was very confusing no parking for the restaurant or you will be towed. You have to park in the back in an alley. Our room was all the way towards the front doesn’t make sense at all. The Wi-Fi code never never worked the two days we were there. No one around besides a robot to solve the issue. Black towels were provided to remove make up or they were going to charge you if you stained the white ones, but we were only left one black towel for three women. Some of the guests were right outside the gate where we had to walk out smoking marijuana with a little boy less than two years old right next to them, that wasn’t The Hotels fault, but should’ve been monitored. My unit was not given a parking spot, in middle of nothing Scottsdale. The shower head was so low profile and absolutely no pressure that I was practically hugging the wall to get under the stream. I was provided with a quarter roll of TP sitting in the tank, actual holder was missing. And the TV didnt work. But it was clean, safe, very adorable, and the tiny espresso thing in the room was delicious.

Stayed here 6 months apart. Its quiet and the one room ive gotten is to the side, away from the high traffic areas. The abailable amenities in the room are excellent!

Where so I start. There isn’t any staff on the premises. We went to check in and there was no parking to even check in. We walk into a room that has a tablet with a web page open…no directions on how to check in. After tapping the screen and pushing buttons it finally brought up the screen to check in. Then we got an email with our room number and code to get in. We were instructed to park in the back of the hotel which had very limited spaces. We got into our room and oddly enough I checked my email again only to get an email stating our cars will be towed if they aren’t in their designated space. I called their “non existent front desk” only be told my room didn’t have a designated parking spot. I asked what I’m supposed to do since I had 2 cars…I was told to park at a parking garage that is a 5 minute drive away. Then I ask how I’m supposed to get back to the hotel..I was told that it’s the guests responsibility to figure that out. We go to this “garage” and it’s a PARK! No way we are leaving our cars at park overnight! So overall if you are a car owner this hotel is not for you. We ended up having to drive across town to a relatives house and leave my boyfriends truck at her house then drive back to the hotel..I parked in one of the “assigned” parking spaces illegally for the night…I guess their towing threats are false. The room wasn’t very nice…had Motel 6 vibes…questionable stains on the toilet seat, hair stuck to the bathroom door plus other questionable stains.

We stayed once before and had a great experience but upon our return we informed a LOT had changed. No parking space and told to park in a garage 5 minutes away or be towed. Feels scammy due to there being several spots open the entire time we were there. Do they get some sort of kickback from the garage or towing co? The breakfast that is supposed to be included was literally non existent. We were told people steal the food or take multiple portions for the large groups staying in one room. Dogs swimming in the pool. One guy found feces in the pool. Rocks used to prop gates open so ZERO security. Order at the counter to eat breakfast at the restaurant. No wait staff anymore. This place went so down hill it’s astounding. The only 2 positives are the room is clean, comfortable and inexpensive and the bar with really great staff makes amazing cocktails and delicious food! They are not affiliated with the hotel though. Would def not stay again and would not recommend.

First off no one works here. The door code didn't work and 3 hours later they came to fix it with no apology or compensation. Tried again to stay here and the code again NOT WORKING. NO BS. CHECK IN IS AT 4PM WE DIDN'T GET IN UNTIL 1AM. AGAIN NO SORRY, NO COMPENSATION. TO MANY GREAT PLACES TO STAY IN THE AREA. THE FREE BREAKFAST IS HILARIOUS. THE 2 DRINKS THEY ADVERTISE IS COFFEE. LOLOLOLOL lame!

The parking was a joke..No place to eat..only a upscale Japanese restaurant..could not use coupons unless you wanted sushi.Nobody to check in with. The property area outside was filthy. None of the maids spoke English. No room service..cleaning without extra charge of 10.00 per day.

very difficult check in with $ 200 security deposit and assigned parking spot which they do not tell you until later so can get towed...... welfare hotel... i will not ever repeat

If you’re looking for a quiet stay. This isn’t the place. Now again I did come summer time, so I’m not sure how other seasons will be. But every night in my 6 day stay there was music blasting at the pool. I’m a heavy sleeper so I was able to sleep through it. Also, All rooms face the pool. The tv in my room didn’t work.. again not a big deal for me as I didn’t really watch tv but I would have appreciated if it worked. There’s no elevators, it’s a two story so not too bad but if that’s a thing for you, then there’s none. I was supposed to have black towels in my room because of makeup removal. My room didn’t have any. I followed the instructions and made sure not to stain the white towels cuz you’ll get charged. I appreciated the 25 dollar food credit you get if you stay longer than a day and the free coffee and small breakfast you get per day. Overall it was a decent stay.

The motel was good for the cost. Beds were good, patio area was nice. Breakfast was good, but restaurant was not designed for people who got up early and were going to head out for the day - it opened to late. We understood that we got 2 beverages a night (one per person), but found out we got a discounted drink-the same one every night. We asked for early check in when we made our reservation. They said they tried to accomodate those requests and to let them know when we arrived at the hotel (about 2 pm). At that time, they said it would be about 45 minutes -they were cleaning our room now. After 2 hours, we called to see when our room would be ready - 1/2 hour later we finally got our room. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was missing the air vent cover in the ceiling and there was no toilet roll holder. Seems like pretty simple maintenence items to repair. My number one complaint is the amount of personal information that you need to stay here - for our safetly. Upload a selfie, not once but twice; we charged your credit card, but now we need you to send us a copy of it; a front and back copy of your drivers license. You need to sign an online document that does not have doc u sign. I am renting a room for a few days, not a home for a month. This is all for my security. I need 3 codes for the motel - one for the app to get your food; a room code; and, a gate access code, yet the gates are unlocked most of the day & night.

The property itself was great but the pre-check in process felt over the top. Multiple texts and emails for information that was provided at the time of booking. Felt like a lot of opportunity for identity theft.

Avoid this at all costs, property looks nothing like the images provided and there are no staff there. You have to go through a very lengthy check in process which is all done online, prior to the visit. The only support you have there is a screen at the reception

The keybto this hotel.is the amazing restaurant and bar located inside of it. Hai Noon and Hidden Gem are amazing. Hotel is decent.

I stayed the night for business. I arrived after 10pm. and looked for the front desk. There was none!! I looked around and searched for were I could find someone. There was a bar open in the back and asked and was advised there is no front desk. That's it. Nothing more! I went to the front where I entered and found a sign on the ground saying "4-10pm check in" with a number underneath which I won't disclose. There was a Kiosk next to it. It was not helpful. So I called the number in the sign. I was greeted by a woman that sounded like I was calling a call center with a lot of typing noise in the background. I was then informed after I gave my name that I needed to check in on my phone. I was like what is this. So I did and the woman was not very helpful. Other are you "done", "did you get it." This whole part of the stay was absolutely lousy. No instructions on the wall. or a tutorial of any kind. I get a text, after finishing checking in, with welcome by the owners with a passcode to get into the room. No map how to get to my room. Or to advise how to get upstairs. I started to question if I should proceed with my stay. Finally found the room and entered using information provided. Room was nice. Clean. TV usage was a joke. You have to provide you own log in to watch anything descent. I was there with my daughter and room only provided 3 smaller towels. They need to learn a lot about motel hospitality.

There was no one on the property at all. Restaurant staff (separate for hotel) were inundated by requests for assistance. No one present in facilities, security, check-in and the contracted cleaning staff simply shrugged their shoulders. My fellow guests helped me with info except no one got their TVs working. Witnessed a man who broke a window and beat his wife in front of 2 kids. Kids swimming unaccompanied. People coming and going through exterior gates blocked open. The liability to the owners must be overwhelming! Shame- the renovated rooms are glam & spotless!
