The room was good and very clean but everything felt slightly damp from the AC. I felt cold in the room even with the AC turned off. Something to do with the air filtering system to keep the pollution outside. A quick word with the duty manager sorted that with a portable heater and in no time I was comfortable.

The hotel is located on a busy road, and like most of the places I have visited in India, there is always a fair bit of traffic noise and associated pollution. I didn't want to be in the center of town because that can be a nightmare with dirt, crowds, cows, motorcycles and cars! However, there isn't a choice of restaurants close by, but thankfully the hotel food was OK, but all western menu.

Staff are extremely unprofessional and lack basic training and soft skills. The safe didn't work in the room so I called the reception to have it addressed. They sent up an engineer, who opened my room door with an all access card barging in, without knocking or ringing the bell. The front office staff are extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and curt. Especially the lady at the front desk. She serves anyone who barges forward, ignoring people waiting in line. She didn't offer an apology. She has a marked sullen and brusque manner, which are definitely not skill sets for the hospitality business. Housekeeping was very substandard. Superficial room cleaning leaves one with a sense that the room lacking in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All the while the housekeeping staff are loudly fighting with each other in the passage on who should do what. Towels are very old, stained and greyed. One feels very unhygienic using them. The waiters at breakfast roam around in a trance without monitoring refills of cutlery and paper napkins. They don't clear previous diners plates until you ask them to. When I asked them to clean the table, the waiter took a tissue and scraped all the spilt food, liquid and crumbs onto the floor! Pathetic levels of cleanliness and service! The gaurds at the gate conglomerate and chat and argue vehemently, leaving cars wishing to enter honking away for someone to raise the barrier. The guards are oblivious! This hotel does not live up to the Holiday Inn brand and should be rated a 2 star hotel. Definitely not a hotel I would stay at again.

The TV in the room was not working, the AC was too noisy and I was unable to sleep properly at night, In the morning around 06:30 AC duck was fully draining out on the floor. Pathetic experience overall.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was superb. It seems a new property so it was Meer and clean. Rates were good in comparison to other Hotels.

They changed room when we complaint about it. Earlier room table n near tv dust was there But next room was more small which we figured out late as at that time we just wanted clean

At half of this price range we got swimming pool in heritage hotel At same price we got excellent clean pool n kids room with nice breakfast in double tree hilton Breakfast was not to the level we had in double tree For example bread of sandwich wasn't that much soft as theirs Fruit variety was less No poha, no dosa or pizza Even double tree arrange french fries for my baby though it wasn't in menu or served to anyone else Main disappointment was no swimming pool No activity thing other than pool table which we got bored in an hour only Also room size was smaller than heritage n double tree Because we stayed in these 3 hotel for 1 day each in them so comparison was according to these dates

It is a newly built property and hence, very clean and very well maintained. The rooms are very good. The in-house dining options and the breakfast were also very good.

The location was off the city center.
