Our party of 5 adults stayed for 3 nights. The casa is clean and well-equipped. Instructions for arrival/departure are clear. When we called our host, Steve, with questions he was very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

What a perfect spot for our time in Santa Fe! The space was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the plaza and a short drive to other attractions (you must check out Meow Wolf). I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The property is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The beds, living room furniture and kitchen/dining area were welcoming and enjoyable after our days of getting acquainted with this beautiful area. Our host was also friendly and responsive with ideas for local activities, and providing what we needed. Streaming services are available on the several televisions, which was nice. The location is ideal, as we easily walked to town many days, and it's adjacent to the site of Fort Marcy, with it's interesting historical signs. A lot of small things were appreciated, such as extra paper products, filtered water, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Perfect location for getting to many golf courses in the Santa Fe area.

Host was very accommodating, even arranging a last minute request for early check in. Condo looks like the pictures and is very Santa Fe charming. We loved collapsing on the comfortable couches when we got back from a long day. The beds were comfortable and clean. We visited for Indian Market and while the walk down to the Plaza was fine the walk back up hill (after a full day of shopping) was a little daunting. This was probably due to our age, the 89 degree weather and the altitude. We only used the kitchen to make coffee and refill our water bottles but it was very cute and clean. The host provided clear, helpful directions and check in information and was very responsive. I’d definitely stay again.

We arrived at 4:15 for a 4 pm check in a torrential thunderstorm. The door was controlled by an electric digital keypad. It did not open the door. We called the property manager who did not pick up until the 6th call after 35 minutes of waiting. He was rude, uncooperative, and dismissive. After a heated discussion, he agreed to come check it out. It took him 45 minutes to arrive, messed with the lock for 20 minutes, then concluded that it was broken and said he needed to call a locksmith. He wanted us to wait an unspecified period of time, but we declined and requested a refund which we have not yet received.

We loved everything about this condo. It was beautifully decorated in Santa Fe style. It was roomy and comfortable even for our family of 8. The host was thoughtful with small details that made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Santa Fe.

This place was just what I wanted for my family to get a good feel for Santa Fe. It was beautifully decorated in true Santa Fe style - very tastefully done. The beds were very comfortable and there's plenty of living space. I wish we were there longer. The check-in was so easy and the wi-fi worked great as well. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

We all loved our stay. A couple of little burps.... the dishwasher had a very bad smell along with the garbage disposal. A suggestion would be to also have more brochures of things to do in and around Santa Fe and maybe put some books as reading material for guests. But we enjoyed the entire time we were there and will book again! Thank you

Beautiful, clean, cozy and spacious condo. We appreciated the peaceful and quiet complex, great location and 10min walk down a small hill to the Plaza (slightly longer uphill walk back). Reference book was a great resource for local recs, eats and hikes. Pictures online are accurate and kitchen was well stocked with cookwares, cooking oil and basic spices! Beds are comfy. Deck was lovely early morning and afternoon during late June 2023. Would visit and book again!

Great location and a 1/2 mile from plaza. Property was spotless, had everything 3 girls needed to make it a fun getaway and was homey. Love the deck overlooking trees and owner was quick to answer questions. We would definitely go back!!

Great location to downtown and Walking paths. Wish the hot tub stayed open a little later. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious well-appointed condo. Five minutes drive or quick walk from Plaza. Host was easy to telephone and accommodating. One caveat is access requires negotiating steep stairs which presented some difficulty for our 80-year-old group. Other visitors had little trouble with steps. Wonderful time.

What a wonderful place to stay! This house is so cozy but was still roomy enough for our party of 6. We loved curling up on the couches and watching a movie at night.The beds are comfy and the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked with any equipment you might need to make a meal. The filtered water from the fridge was tasty and the coffee maker made great coffee. The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The warm pool was a perfect place for my pre-teens to take a break from sightseeing. We loved the picturesque walk to the plaza and our walk around Fort Macy park. (And we also got to see a deer from the walkway of the property!) The WiFi isn't perfect but with a little patience, we were able to download a couple of movies to watch. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is our new location when we take our ski trips. We were at the SF ski resort in 30 minutes. We are early birds so that's if you leave super early before the crowd hits. We left the townhome at 7:15am and was able to get there by 7:45 to great parking and no long line to park our car. The 2nd day we left at 8am and was in a very long line getting up to the ski resort and had to walk a 5 minute hike to the ski resort. Lesson learned:) Back to the townhome...we loved this townhouse. It was cozy, quintessential New Mexico decor:) We had a family of 5...4 adults and 1- 10 year old. It was spacious, comfortable beds, hot showers, beautiful scenery out our patio and front door, had everything in the kitchen needed to cook. The only downside was the wifi never would load a movie but we hotspot off my phone and was able to get a movie going. The only other thing was we were excited about getting in the indoor heated pool/hot tub but the first night it was out of order and the 2nd night we got there at 7pm and it closed at 6pm but this was not a big deal to us but good to know for next time:) This townhouse was also close to restaurants, Whole Foods, downtown shopping, & recreational center. I highly recommend. We will always come back here.

Had a great stay. The owners had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Always available if you have any questions. Deer walked right up to the front door! Easy access to shopping, restaurants and skiing.
