The property was very clean and communication with owner was great! The location was near an on-ramp for easy interstate access. Plenty of towels. An open maker in the fridge would be a nice addition or a bag of ice provided to get you started. There were two ice trays. The home is on a corner and fronts to what must be a main road as there was a lot of traffic all night. I am a light sleeper so this might not be a problem for most. We visited during some hot June days and didn’t feel like the AC was effective during the day. It worked and did cool the house down some but not to the temp we set. The beds were comfy and plenty of seating in the den. We didn’t use the kitchen so I don’t know about how well it was stocked. We did use the washer and dryer and they worked well.

Our stay was great, this property was only minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Space and Rocket Center and Museum, Downtown, Nature trails. And Stove house, just to name a few. The house was very clean and enough to take care of our needs. The check in process was super easy. We enjoyed our time and plenty of space to make it happen. Would definitely stay at this property again.

First impression - smelled bad! Musty, old. AC cover fell off in middle of the night and saw the filter has NEVER been changed. Thick gunk all over it! Next morning while cooking saw mouse droppings in cabinet, hair on kitchen counter, coffee pot in cabinet still had coffee grounds from no telling how long ago. Etc etc. no can opener. No potholders, which I consider basic kitchen supplies. We were only staying one more night or we would have left. It WAS close to the university which we were there to visit. But will never stay there again.

We were visiting for the North American Brass Band Championships in downtown Huntsville. Very convenient location, only about 5 min drive to Von Braun Center downtown. Property was great, had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a few meals together, enjoyed using the grill and patio outside. Living room was nice and comfy for hanging out and relaxing. Host was very responsive. We had a great time, would definitely recommend if you're in town for any events happening downtown or elsewhere around Huntsville.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We had our Christmas celebration with our son who lives in the area and grandparents drove to join us. We had no concerns at all while we were there. The house was exactly as described, and even more than we expected. Ann was great to correspond with before, during, and after our arrival. We will highly recommend this home and will be back again!!!!

Perfect place to watch the Huntsville Marathon. The racers go right in front of the house. It’s near mile 15. Less than a mile away from the start of the Huntsville back half marathon. Super close to space center and UAH campus. No more than 5-6 minutes drive to shopping, dining, sites, etc. the house was well equipped with starter coffee, dish detergent, laundry detergent, house hold items etc. Some things to note: The twin beds and the king bed are on the low side. I’m 5’9” and they came to my knees. There was a good bit of street noise due to them setting up the marathon, I would recommend a white a noise machine if “strange” noises bother you. The toilets are on the higher side and I love that. My family and I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The owner was very friendly and made check in/out super easy. The house was clean and very spacious.
