Location, facilities and the unit itself. Been here in the same condo the 2nd time and my family and I really liked this unit better than the 1st one booked via A*rbnb. Very clean and cozy unit. Will come back next time! Thank you Ms Evelyn and her housekeeper.

Kinda far from the pool and clubhouse but it's still ok because we enjoyed the place overall.

I am grateful that my booking was confirmed right away despite booking the same day and that I received prompt assistance via dm, given that it was actually an unexpected trip (just booked our stay an hour or two prior). We enjoyed not only the accommodation, but also the overall location. The food stalls at The Residences clubhouse are also superb + the pool is not crowded even on a Sunday so we stayed there from 7pm to 9pm. I recommend this place for furparents being it with no pet fee, the guards are kind to animals in the place, other furparents are cleaning after their pet, and what I liked most about it is our dog is in close proximity to the pool while one of us (pets should not be left unattended) are swimming.
