Eric was awesome 👌 So very friendly, witty and very knowledgeable about the amazing history of the inn. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. The food/drinks were wonderful. We plan on returning in the fall😃

Quite a place to stay with a view of the Lake.

I couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.

Firstly, you are greeted with a kind well informed manager that clearly loves serving the public. There is a fascinating history of the hotel. I highly recommend speaking to Eric the manager. For the details Greeted with a beautigully manicured site and a lovely pool invites you to swim. Room #203 was very spacious had a jacuzzi, BEST BED EVER, fridge, Keurig and a nice 50" Vizio TV. French doors overlooking lake como with yer own bistro set to watch the pretty sunset or wrlcomibg sunrise. A Controllable a/c & a fireplace. Sky light with a wonderful ceiling fan. Offered a continental breakfast. The restaurant "the Getaway" was exceptional. I had coconut shrimp, fried ravioli, halibut & risotto.

No usb to charge devices in the room. Not a real set of blackout curtains

Location was good. Good views of the lake. Breakfast was good , using the $10 coverage with the rest of it paying as needed

Some confusion when I arrived. We were to have 2 double beds, and ended up on a king bed. Also, the room was very damp and the towels and clothing felt very moist and never seemed to dry. The bar in the shower kept falling off if you touched it.

great location, very charming.

Bed was comfortable and floor quiet throughout the night. Location was pleasant, being several miles away from the bustle of Lake Geneva. Breakfast omelet was excellent.

The woman working the desk is an absolute nightmare...she has no business running a hotel. Other staff: some OK, some unpleasant to deal with. Add in the usual annoying bourgeois women guests from provincial Midwest towns wandering around the premises...and the rating drops from an 9 to a 7.

Loved the lake view. Cozy room with a fireplace. Quieter than being in Lake Geneva but close enough for access. Loved walking right next door to the getaway for dinner. Price was a bargain!

Could have had better plugins for phone charging close to the bed
