I came with a group of 7 ladies. The house was spacious enough so that everyone had their own bed. The layout seemed to work perfectly for our group. The pool was big enough although it needed to be cleaned a little better, but we also had a few days in a row of storms that rolled in. Kathryn was always quick to respond and helpful.

Got to the house and the house was not very clean, the AC took more than five hours to cool off the house, and the Pool was very DIRTY. When contacting the owner, she was not very responsive, no one ever came to clean the pool, in fact it was still dirty when we left this morning. She did have someone to come look at the AC it was a dirty filter which he cleaned and said he would come back to put in, he never came back. The owner responded at first then stop communicating

Let me start off by saying the location of this house is perfect! It really is 10 minutes from the strip, 15 from the airport, I think it was 10 from freemont street. The house is large and allows you to spreed out, which in a big group is nice having your own space. The house is a little dated, and the bedrooms don’t have lights in the ceiling but lamps by the beds instead. So the lighting is not the best, and much like anytime you stay somewhere with a big group outlets were hard to come by so I would encourage you to bring a power strip. Some of the lights in the house didn’t work, but the owner was quick to respond and try and fix the issues. Even before we got there the owner was so responsive even before we got there and helpful with any questions we had. Super responsive. Over all the house was clean, maybe just needed some deep cleaning. Like there was food in crumbs in some of the drawers. The pool was very nice, and with the location of the way the house sits it warmed up nice and allowed for good sunbathing. We definitely would stay here again.

Home The home was described as Retro but it is more dated than retro. The only upgrade was countertops in the kitchen. The 2nd bath shower stopped up the first day we were there. The home owner handled getting it unclogged fast and timely. Home needs some attention where it matters. It is a 1960's home with some updates in the 80's. Overall the home is okay for the price but would have paid more for something a little newer and cleaner.

The house was clean, beds super comfortable, the towels were amazing. They had thought of everything. It emailed with questions during our stay and emails were answered very quickly. We will stay with them again!!!!!

Easy access to anything you needed .

Overall, this home fit our needs very well! Location was nice. More lighting would make things better. Consider keeping pool open year round or make sure it's advertised when it's 'closed'. Thanks!!! 21 Celebration

Perfect place for our group! Had everything we needed and the location was also perfect! Kathryn was the best host I've ever had. Moved our dates due to Covid multiple times and was so easy to talk to leading up to the trip. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we expected!!!!! For those of you that do these rentals along, you know that is not always the case. Loved the space and the pool.

The house was exactly what we needed. It's an older house, but it was great. The a/c had a slight issue for about a day; but it was fixed ASAP and we didn't have problems after that.

Even though there was a minor mishap in the correct address, we enjoyed the stay overall

Had a great time staying in this charming place! The pool was a great plus and was just an overall awesome experience. Would reccomend to anyone.

This house was great. It had all the amenities we needed and a pool. The owners were great and quick on the response. I recommend if in Vegas take this one.

The house had all the adequate amenities and was very comfortable

The house and furnishing are dated. We had a few chairs with broken legs to set aside. The kitchen cabinets hardware were falling apart. All kitchen appliances are old and not appealing. They had a hole in ceiling in living room need fixed. Owner needs to do a invtory of trash bags, cleaning supplies, T.p., and paper towels for the renter. The pool is old and not appealing. The diving board getting ready to break. The beds and living areas are clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and hot water for us. Plenty big house for our family.

Property owner was very friendly and our stay was very comfortable.its very close to strip.

Well The property was in a good location for us near a grocery stores and some shopping. Hi experience was a pleasant one

This property is in a good location, a quiet street to escape the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough that a cab or uber anywhere is inexpensive. Also nice and close to the airport and other amenities. The property needs a little love, especially when it comes to plumbing, but otherwise was very clean and tidy and perfectly suitable for a family group.

This place was great for our boys trip. Good, flexible house with plenty of bedrooms and social space.
