Two level with balcony and plenty of space. Had almost everything we needed. The contact person was very responsive even if he was not on site. Decent value.

Could be cleaner in the unit and also on the general grounds. There were some strange rules like do not flush toilet paper. Surrounding neighbourhood was not as nice.

The location is near to the beach, restaurants, and food market. Good place for vacation with family, Seymour is very friendly and for the guests to be confortable.

The manager Seymour Mansell was excellent. He is very prompt and attentive. He had good communication with us and followed up immediately when we had questions. He was very helpful. I know a lot of people in Aruba so I didn't help with regards to sightseeing and shopping but I knew that he would have recommended if we needed his expertise.

1. The top floor does not have any windows, it has a skylight right over the bed and the ceiling very low therefore as soon as day breaks warm sunlight beams on to your face. This was very uncomfortable and annoying. 2. when you turn of the main road on to the gravel road that leads to the facility there is no light on the gravel road very difficult to see at night.
