We stayed in Axel's place for a week and found it convenient for Palma and the local areas. The house was well stocked with bed linen,electrical goods and supplying beach towels was a nice touch.Parking was on the quiet street outside so again convenient. We had a few issues - see below:- Although the check-in was easy enough with keys etc it would have been better if Antonella had met with us face to face to help explain a few things. The hot water in the smaller bathroom took an age to come through so we just used the larger one and the righthand roller blind in the top bedroom wouldnt stay down. Apart from the above we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quirky property with amazing views. Well equipped and spacious. Fantastic what they have done with the property. Communication was excellent. Host very accommodating. Would stay again - thank you.

This was the perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing vacation with my husband. We loved the back patio, the convenient access to restaurants/beaches, and the house had everything we needed for 4 nights. I would highly recommend this property!

Our week's stay at one of Maurizio's and Marcus' bungalow was very enjoyable. The bungalow is well-designed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Mallorca. Although the bungalow has numerous good features, I think its best feature is the secluded patio with a view overlooking the bay at Palma. Eating meals we had prepared in the well-equipped kitchen on the patio was one of the highlights of our trip. The bungalow's location in Genova is also a big plus. Although it is only a few minutes drive into Palma, Genova is far removed from the touristy aspects of Palma. There are also numerous excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the bungalow. I would recommend the bungalow to anyone who is interested in a more leisurely stay in Mallorca.

Our week in Palma de Mallorca had been fantastic especially for the comfort of this accommodation which made us feel at home. In the morning, an amazing view over the city and the sea welcomed us at breakfast time in the terrace which had been also exploited for a barbeque evening under the stars. Dining room and bedroom are comfortable, airy and very well accessorized (the owners provided us with both bath towels and beach towels!) and the bathroom, although small, is really well organized (it is composed by shower, toilet, sink, courtesy kit for oral hygiene, shower gel and body lotion, sewing accessories, etc...). What pleased us, had been the modern kitchen, fully equipped with crockery in local crafts, micro-wave oven, Nespresso machine with related capsules, dishwasher, washing machine, a welcome bottle of wine and a basket of fruit and juice for breakfast in the fridge. On the way back from the beach we used to communicate with family and friends by the fast WIFI system , listening to our music by the connection with the stereo of the house. Great staying in this apartment!!!....thanks, most of all, to the extreme kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the owners, ready to intervene for every needs. Conclusion: in Palma de Mallorca we have a second home. Thanks again Marcus and Maurizio!

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa in Genova. The Casa is furnished very tastefully and with great love to details - it's exactly as shown on the pictures. It's perfectly clean and it has a great terrace from which you can see the sea and the bay of Palma city. The Casa is located in a very quiet neighborhood however by car you are close to everything you are looking for - beaches, Palma City and supermarkets. Last but not least the host is great - Marcus was always available for us if needed. We greatly appreciated the full fridge Marcus prepared for us since we arrived late the first day - the cold beer and the nice breakfast for the next day gave us a very warm welcome. We got offered a cleaning service after the first five days, which is a nice service too. We highly recommend this bungalow to people who are looking for a stylish, clean and cosy home base to explore Mallorca at it's best.
