The property was rented for the month of August and was adequate (but needed a through cleaning of windows, rugs, etc.) but was on an unimproved lot at the end of four miles of rough, dusty and unimproved road making access difficult. Upon arrival, grounds were overgrown with weeds Wifi was largely inoperable and TV periodically inoperable. The upstairs AC was not functioning. After approximately two weeks (Aug. 20) the owner corrected the AC & TV. The stay was further complicated by smoke from forest fires in the area closing all hiking trails & making other activities difficult & unhealthy.

Second time here and just as nice as the first. Lots of space to spread out.

The cabin and property were beautiful and private, yet easy to get to. The pleasing aroma of Scentcy welcomed us to the cabin. Accommodations were wonderful. The cabin was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated the heat of hospitality of the hosts that was evident. The neighbor was even friendly and helped us when we get stuck in the snow when leaving. Everything was perfect other than having to clean out the meat drawer in the fridge before putting food away. We would love to sound time here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed this comfortable and cozy home for a very small women’s retreat. The host was readily available if we had any questions. Very quiet neighborhood. REALLY difficult location to find. Do NOT rely on google maps to get there. I would ask the host for directions before heading up the mountain. On the bright side the community was very helpful in getting us to (and from…we got lost getting back out of the neighborhood) our rental.

We loved our stay at this cabin. Clean, pictures are truly representative of what it offers... big, comfortable beds & living area...Tons of room and space to move around with an incredible, large kitchen. I love how well-stocked everything was - we're not used to that at many VRBO's but it's nice especially because this is truly a remote location. One thing - the wifi is very sketchy in this area, so take a picture of the check-in instructions BEFORE you leave Crouch because you'll lose wifi and won't be able to access any information when you get there to get inside (Use the navigation on your vehicle if you lose map access!)
