Unit was excellent - clean and modern. Host was very prompt to respond to any questions. Location is not far from a freight train track but nothing can be done about that. It was also easy to use the free enclosed parking space too.

Super clean property, easy communication and check in. Walkable to downtown and has great outdoor spaces. We enjoyed watching the bridge open and close for the tug boats and seeing the train pass over the river. Great spot for 2 couples with easy access to all the fun that Nashville has in store!

We stayed for a four-day weekend. We were two couples. It was a great location just a 15 minute walk to the strip or a seven minute scooter ride or a five minute Uber. We felt safe and the house and patios were something out of a magazine.

We had a great time. This Condo is gorgeous. Great location, comfy beds. Needs a fan upstairs got hot overnight. Hard to access the code system but other than that I would love to stay here again.

The location is on The river. This is an area of town that is growing. It was an Imdustrial atea that is being brought back to life. The room is just as advertised! Spacious bwdrooms with ample closet space, great common areas, games in the cabinet, unbeatable rooftop space. Would stay here again for sure. The walk is close enough but uber/lyft is quicker amd cheap getting to the honky tonks. Also I recommend the Germantown Cafe. Saturday brunch was unbelievable. We then enjoyed the Nelson distillery.

Everything was exactly as described. Clean. Stylish. Modern. The only thing is the location is very isolated, not very near anything. It’s over a quarter mile to get to anything. Would stay here again. Beautiful river view

We love to stay in this area when we come to Nashville. Easy walk to Broadway, Brooklyn Bowl and other tourist attractions. This trip we also discovered some great restaurants in Germantown within walking distance. The place was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoy looking at the city lights and the boats on the river from the balconies. We also got to see the train bridge open twice. We also drive so a free parking spot downtown is always an extra perk.

Love the decks but the maids need to clean off the spider webs(way too many). The building has a great deal of security. Felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to any issues. Should be aware that the Master bedroom is upstairs. The building was minutes from everything we wanted to do.

We booked this condo for a Girl’s Getaway!!! Everything was great….. loved, loved and did I mention loved the rooftop patio!!! Short walking distance to enjoy downtown!!! Would definitely stay again!!!

We really enjoyed the condo in Germantown in Nashville! It was spacious and clean and comfortable and a nice outdoor deck to enjoy. We were able to walk from Broadway Street in the day; I wouldn't recommend walking at night, but Ubers were easy to get. We had a great time! It's also a short Uber ride to the Gulch area, which we really enjoyed.

Quick business trip, beautiful place with plenty of room and nice little spot off the upstairs bedroom with patio to enjoy outdoors, over looking the river. . It was rainy and cold, as well as construction going on so had to Uber everywhere. It’s a ways to walk but if it’s nice out totally doable. Hosts were amazing and very responsive

This condo is terrific and well located and a great setup for privacy for two couples or just to separate the family for personal time. The gated entrances, parking spot and amenities are all well described and appreciated. The walk to downtown is not bad and we felt safe overall. The service was excellent and extremely responsive Thank you!

Took my 17 yo grandson, his mother(my daughter) and my son to Nashville for a country music culture trip. We did the Grand Ole Opry, the CM Hall of fame, the Ryman, Broadway street restaurants, and performances. Super trip, great food, good exercise @ 14,000 steps/day. All w/ the SEC basketball tournament going on.

The location is great. The elevators were a little hard to figure which elevator went with which entry button on the app. We met with another couple who was having the same problem
When we arrived the downstairs shower had not been wiped down. Almost like someone just did a quick spray down to clean it, but never finished The baseboards in the bathroom are coated in dust and grime. The shower curtain liner has mold. The bath wall has mold in the grout. The down bedroom mattress cover has a large stain and the shower curtain is stained along the bottom. One morning we walked into parking garage and there was trash everywhere.
Over all location and place was great but was totally put off by upkeep of cleaning.

My friends and I came to Nashville for a concert and wanted to find a convenient location to stay. This condo was beyond our expectations. The views overlooking the water provided a relaxing vibe. The inside decor was beautifully designed and had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the property owner before, during and after was better than expected. I didn’t have to reach out with any questions because the owner provided all the details we needed for easy access to the building, garage and condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others coming to Nashville.
