This place is perfect it’s just like home every thing you need has been provided. Hosts are very helpful, properly is very clean and furnished very well!!

We were given a warm welcome and the apartment was beautiful, spacious and nicely equipped. We loved the hot tub too with our two little grandsons! The area was very quiet and we had wonderful view from our bedroom. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Didn't get time to look around the location as stayed in the area for a wedding. Hosts were brilliant couldn't do enough to help, even popped our shopping delivery away as we were delayed arriving and helped us to unload car

Perfectly located a stones throw from the seafront. Reserved parking space right outside for duration of stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation with friendly hosts.
Very bumpy, uneven road in need of resurfacing. Steps up to accommodation would be a struggle for prams/wheelchair users.

A warm welcome to this beautifully appointed apartment was very much appreciated. This gorgeous accommodation was filled with homely touches that made us feel very welcome. Chilled water, wine and crisps were a lovely surprise, and the vase of wildflowers was clearly freshly picked. The ability to stick the kettle on and have a cuppa on arrival was bliss!

Dave and Michelle were very welcoming. As soon as we arrived, Dave came down the steps to greet us and show us the apartment, which was bright and homely. All the three bedrooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds. The living room was cosy, and the kitchen was great for 4 people to enjoy meals together. It was a lovely surprise to find a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates and a beautiful bunch of daffodils waiting for us. What a treat!
Perhaps the water pressure of the electric shower can be improved so that it would be more comfortable during the cold weather.

A great welcome from the hosts Michelle and Dave.
The property was warm and light with full facilities so we coudn't have been more pleased.
The situation is very quiet with parking and local facilities nearby - Hythe, Sandgate and Folkestone literally 5 or 10 minutes away!
The kitchen was well equipped and we were greeted by drinks and water as well as some fruit and snacks so a really pleasant surprise.
Nothing to complain about at all. We will definitely come back to this property!
The central heating was great and very easy to control and it was obvious that the hosts knew how to organise a rental property as everything was neat and tidy and easy to find.
