This is a very comfortable cottage with all the amenities. Quite convenient to the Riverwal. It also to the state fair. Beautiful garden and friendly owner. Highly recommended

Beautifully restored, 1930's structure, quiet pleasant neighborhood.
Kimberley even gave us a baby pepper plant.

Perfect place for couples. The cottage is cute and modern but with a vintage charm, it offers easy access to the Pueblo area. This cottage is located at the back of the owners property. You park and enter through the back alley. The bedroom loft is on the second level open to downstairs area. The only issue (as an older adult) is the restroom/shower is on the first floor. So if you wake up during the night needing the bathroom you’ve got to traverse the stairs. I would recommend this cottage.

Owner sent harassing and disrespectful text messages to my personal number. After we left she praised us for our cleanliness but two days later sent me a very nasty text while demanding money to clean the cottage we left cleaner than when we arrived.
Also, if you plan on spending time on the porch expect to be told to go inside if her dog is outside.
Lastly, beware of cameras on property as listing does not mention them but owner sent us a text saying she has us on camera while on the porch. Per VRBO cameras as supposed to be mentioned in the listing but they are not.

Beautiful renovated cabin originally built by CCC in back yard garden of 1800s home. Kim, the wonderful hostess, was very friendly and told us where to go for aspen peeping. Great trip and experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and comfortable. The stone cottage is one of a kind and Kimberly was a great host.

This cottage was exactly as written up. It is behind the main house with access and parking in the alley. It had everything needed to be comfortable. The bed located in the loft, with everything else downstairs. It is very quiet and relaxing. The gardens outside were very nice. I would say the vehicle parking is not ideal but it worked out fine. The communication with the host was good. Ideal for a couple.

The check in was seamless, Our host was very nice and easy to reach out to. The property was beautifully landscaped and the Cottage was cosy, clean, and comfortable.

The renovation was beautiful. Kim was an outstanding host. I will stay again later this year as I travel thru CO.

Kimberly has a beautiful garden and guesthouse. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit our friends.

Kim was very nice. The location was nice and quiet. Perfect for the occasion. We didn’t use the kitchen, but if you rent she has it set up very nicely.

Very enjoyable cottage setup. If you can handle stairs, you will like the old
time feel, with newly furnished kitchen
& bathroom. Kimberly is a extremely gracious host.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The host was friendly and knowledgeable about the city and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was charming and we felt very safe.
The cottage is filled with beautiful furnishings and
pictures from years past. The kitchen and coffee bar were a nice add.
The yard is filled with beautiful flowers and is well kept.
We both enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
