We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! At first the house was a little unassuming. The driveway curb was a little steep and I had to carefully back out as to not hit my bumper. However, as soon as you walked in the house, it was spacious, clean and beautiful decorated. It met all our needs for our retreat. The fire pit was lovely as well. The hot tub was not working correctly, but Jeff was prompt to respond and gave us credit for not being able to use it during our stay. Though it was near a lake, it is a private lake and the trail that we found around the lake was near a busy street. Nevertheless, we did enjoy other parks that were nearby, our favorite being Benson Sculpture Park. It's rare to find a lovely 6 bedroom house at this price point. So thankful for the space and even for the opportunity to have a late check out. Thanks Jeff and Eileen!

This was a mother / daughter trip to visit family in Colorado, so there were 7 of us and the house worked beautifully. Plenty of room, clean, neat and well appointed. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend!! Only regret is that we never found time to use the firepit.

This well-decorated, comfortable home met the needs of our group in the area on a business trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Each bedroom/bathroom was spacious and clean. The living spaces were great for getting our group together to socialize and conduct meetings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spaces outside were more than we could have hoped for. This is a great location and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again for either a business trip or for a family gathering. The hosts were quick to respond and gracious in their communications. Thank you!

This is a beautiful property. Fantastic for entertaining additional family plenty of amenities the hot tub is wonderful and the outdoor atmosphere is only matching the indoor, both stellar.

This property was perfect for our family who met in CO from 3 different states. It is very well equipped from the kitchen to the linens, to baby items, to games etc. The 6 bedrooms and multiple living spaces allowed ample room for everyone to be together and yet afford some privacy. Due to the weather (cold and snowy) we were not able to enjoy the large backyard with great seating options and covered patio with fire pit.
Communication with the hosts was excellent.

We stayed at this property on our recent family visit to Loveland and the surrounding area. Family in this case was actually four couples with five children. The house fit us well - everything from the six bedrooms and three baths to multiple family room spaces. We loved the porch and fire pit for evening rest time.
The home has easy access to local destinations: Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and community parks like Round Mountain and Devil's Backbone.
We had a great time hiking and sight seeing every day and slept well each night. This beautiful home was perfect for us.

We had the best time staying here. We stayed with 13 adults and 1 toddler. We were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! We loved the outdoor patio area!

We were visiting a cousin in Loveland and needed a large home to accommodate 10 of us. This home not only had 6 bedrooms, but 2 living areas and a nice yard so we could spread out. It was just right for us!

We came together to celebrate the life of an amazing Family member who loved everything Family. We chose the area for many reasons, and we were satisfied at every turn thanks to the location and warm feel of the home. We wouldn't change anything about our experience in this lovely place!

The house is newly renovated inside and out and the layout and accommodations worked perfectly for our 4 generations of family. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Loveland or Ft Collins area!

This was a wonderfully remodeled home probably the cleanest vacation home I have rented. Wonderful location and we will be back again. Extremely comfortable beds in a clean wonderful home.

In person this property far exceeds the beautiful pictures. The home felt like it was brand new, remodeled just before our stay. A relaxing layout with separate living and family rooms. In addition the home includes a beautiful outdoor area that we would have enjoyed if the Colorado weather had not switched gears. Thank you

This property is essentially two houses in one! The basement has three bedrooms and a bathroom that is buffered by a family room and the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had two families of four and two grandparents stay and we all had plenty of space and privacy. We really enjoyed the comfortable couches and back yard.

We were sending our staff to a conference in Loveland and wanted to make a team bonding experience out of it instead of having everyone stay in separate hotel rooms. Not only did we save a ton of money with this house, it made our stay more of a vacation than a work obligation. There was plenty of space for the whole team. Every room was furnished beautifully with very comfortable beds, and our guys were very happy no one had to sleep on a bunk bed! I've also never seen a house (or hotel) as clean as this was. I thought for sure they must have JUST finished remodeling for it to be in such pristine condition, but I saw there were other entries in the guestbook. So kudos to your cleaning team! We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town (hopefully in the summer so we can make use of the beautiful patio).

This property was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we could need to cook and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and spread out. The sun room was great for meals and there is a nice yard. Easy walk to the lake.

We had an amazing time here. The property manager was phenomenal at communicating and the house was gorgeous! When we come back we'd love to stay here again

This is one great stay. We rent places all the time and this was by far one of the best homes, clean and comfortable. This is a great choice for a family traveling.
