The room was spacious. Comfortable bedding. The hotel was able to accommodate my request. Hotel staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely revisit.

Property 12-15 mins walk from hakata station, next to Canal City. Hotel is excellent with good breadfast and onsen. Breadfast more of european origins and very tasty. 2nd floor very spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good standard japan size. Would highly recommend if the price is right

A new hotel located hugely convenient and well connected with many places and walkable areas. Facilities are just right for travellers with different interests. The hotel got a casual venue for light snacks and drinks. Clean and comfortable, nice and friendly staff.

Been to other Nishitetsu properties, disappointed there’s not even any tea/coffee/water available at lobby. Bath area is not too clean. Only one pillow type and too hard.

It's a brand new and modernized hotel. Location is about 8-minute walk with luggage from Hakata station. Or it's one more station from Hakata. Walking distance to Kushida Shrine. There is a 24-hour Supermarket 'MaxValue' nearby. Breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Although the hotel is not close to Hakata Station, it is only 10 minutes walk to there. The hotel is quite new and it has a public bath. I found the hotel pretty comfortable.

Thin walls and other guest not closing the door slowly instead of letting the door slam close on its own. Also the super slow elevator not forgetting all of the elevator by default will stop at 2nd floor even though you don't press the button for it. Which I find annoying and inconvenience to guest to be honest.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient to get to, one subway station away from Hakata station! Supermarket and convenience stores near by! Staff are friendly and hotel is new and well equipped!! Would stay here again!!

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a washer/dryer in the room, which made my stay even more comfortable. I also liked that they allow guests to choose when to have housekeeping and even if housekeeping was not needed that day, they made sure we had fresh towels and water by hanging these on the door. It is very convenient to get everywhere. The kushida shrine subway station is just a minute walk away and there's escalator and elevator exits available. It was also easy to walk to hakata station, takes less than 15 min. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Neat and cosy Japanese room, with palatable soothing colour theme. In front of the station where it brings us to Tenjin underground shopping on the night when it poured heavily. Worthy to mention that Full Full bakery that sells famous fish roes crispy baguette which they bake 48 rounds each time. Collect amenity kit at the reception area.

Very good location! Our comfort quad room was tight for 4 with large suitcases, but we rearranged the furniture which helped. Beds are a mattress on the floor. Public bath on first floor was excellent. Staff was was very helpful.

A brand new hotel. Decent bed. Nice shower. Clean. Great location to canal City and a quick walk to the train station. There is no window in the room. Just a glazed one in the bathroom. So if you like natural light this will be an issue. I also thought the pillow was like a sand bag.

This is my third time trying a Nishitetsu Hotel Croom. I also tried their property in Nagoya which is super nice and new. This Hakata Gion property has bigger public bath and very clean. We enjoyed our 8 days stay here and we will definitely be back next year. This is just beside Kushida Shrine Station and accessible going to Hakata Station or even Tenjin area.

Wow this was such a great place to stay. Only stayed one night but everything from the front reception to check out was fantastic. Booked the business room for the in-unit washer and that was super great. Clean so clean. Room is small but organized very smartly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely my go to hotel if I'm in the area.

Room is very spacious & comfortable for 3 persons, very clean & staff are very friendly & helpful (but do note that in Kyushu, staff are not fluent / knowledgeable in English, but this can easily be assisted with Google translate). Wifi connectivity is smooth & good.

Newer property with a few problems. My room has a bed that was eight inches off the floor, I’ve never encountered this in my travels to Japan. Bed and pillows were hard. May not be up to standards for western visitors. Otherwise this is a nice place, has onsen and a Japanese style breakfast, no noodles or egg station though.
