What's great about this property is the proximity to downtown Pismo, the beach, as well as the view from the top deck (noisy because of freeway, but it didn't bother us too much). My only recommendation would be to provide a lockbox with keys, which would be more convenient vs. having guests swing by the rental property office to pick them up and drop them off.

The property was very comfortable and within five minutes of the beach and the main street. It was close to several restaurants and within a short drive to the grocery store. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy.

The property is lovely, walkable to everything and we loved it. However, it is within 150 yards of route 1 AND the 101. So you can hear cars at all hours.

We decided to make a last minute family trip, grandparents, parents and teens to Pismo and this location was set up well for everyone -- grandparents downstairs, parents on mid level and kids in loft room with balcony. Location was great! Kids loved walking to Old West Cinnamon Roll shop and the pier for lunch. We had some troublesome issues with trash left in garage and a front screen door that didn't work. The issues were addressed quickly as best they could but the swarm of fruit flies invaded the car and house for our long weekend. We started leaving a small amount of wine in glasses to lure them when we realized they were diving into our glasses at dinner. The person who came to fix the faucet, the front screen was great -- helpful and professional as were the ladies in the office. We would try this place again and hope everything is fixed.

My family was there for our son's graduation. The condo was located near all the restaurants and we all enjoyed taking walks to the beach.
