We found the property to be very quiet. We barely heard a noise from neighbors. Very clean and stocked with extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. The pool was just steps away and it was never too busy. Great stay!

We absolutely loved the place and the owners were great in communicating. The place was clean, well organized, and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space and the whole family enjoyed it! If we are ever back in that area, we would absolutely stay here again.

Easy and pleasant.

The property was beautiful. It was convenient to where we needed it to be. It was also nice being able to rent from people who are military as well, plus there's always the military discount :) When we had questions, Kimmy and John got in touch with us within a few minutes. If you are looking for things to do close to their home, there is the beach, children's museum, lots of places to eat, casinos. This was our first time using vrbo and because how things went with Kimmy and John, I think we'll be seeing them again. Highly recommend.

Townhouse was decorated very cute and loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom.

Vickie is very accomodating and the condo is very clean and spacious. The place have everything we need for cooking and going to the beach. Will recommend 100% to all my friends and family.

This was a great place for a quick girls getaway trip. The condo was in great shape.. clean, comfortable, exactly as advertised. It was right next to the pool, which made for an easy afternoon of relaxing. The only downfall, and it's not that big.. There are train tracks directly behind the unit and trains comes through periodically throughout the day and night. The owners checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. At one point, a repairman came to work on the AC, (a precious renter had noted it wasn't working quite right) he was also very professional and was in and out in a jiffy! Would recommend to someone looking for a home setting away from home! Great place.

It really is close to the beach. Everything you need is available in the townhouse. The beds were super soft. The pool is very close to the unit. There are bikes available to ride which I thought was a nice touch. Didn't have time to ride them....maybe next time. Would stay again. Property owner did check in on us the first night and at check-out.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. We had 3 bedrooms w/3 bathrooms which made it perfect for everyone. It was also very convenient for all our weekend activities. The owners were fantastic & responded immediately to any needs we had! We will definitely use it again!

This unit was so wonderful. There are 3 large beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is the perfect size with counter seating and a kitchen table with chairs. My kids would say the best part of the unit is that it is steps to the pool. The pool was always the perfect temperature, never crowded and the other families were welcoming and nice. It's a close walk to the beach, where we swam, saw fish and crabs. There's grocery stores close by and Felix's restaurant is great, with its outdoor games. While there we did day trips to Dauphin Island and New Orleans. Back to the unit - it was fully furnished and the owners provided the essentials to start our trip - which was so nice. Other reviewers commented on the train that runs behind the unit - after the second day we barely noticed it and never woke us during the night. We had a few questions before and during our stay and the response time was remarkable. The owners quickly responded and truly made this a great vacation for me and my family. Next time we visit the gulf - we'll definitely be staying here.

First time in Gulfport, first time VRBO renters. Both turned out to be great experiences. As earlier stated, this property, as just about any property near the beach in Gulfport, is near the railroad tracks. Annoying at first, but we soon didn’t hear the trains. This property was well maintained, equipped well, and very convenient to just about everything. We had a few questions and the owners were prompt in responding. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home.

We enjoyed this rental unit very much in June 2018. It is freshly re-designed, so the furniture and paint are new. It's bright and welcoming inside, with lots of thoughtful touches - all three shower heads are detachable sprayers (very nice when coming in from the beach, especially with small children), beach chairs and a beach wagon provided, pool/beach towels provided, and quality linens throughout the rental. We also appreciated magazines and local tourist information left for us, including a printout of area activities for that week. The unit is very close to the swimming pool, and our family spent a lot of time at the pool. The back deck and front balcony were nice. The owners were great to work with. The only thing I wish I would have read in a review while choosing this unit is that it backs up to a train track, with the townhouse property being next to a rail crossing, and the train is very active during the day and night. Our kids actually loved watching the trains from the upstairs window, but it took the adults a little longer to get used to the horn!

Condo was really nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were really nice , and called when we arrived.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED the townhome and complex. The beach is within walking distance and the pool is super close, which our children enjoyed. The townhouse is very spacious and affordable! It is very well stocked with everything you need and the appliances and utensils are top notch. The entire townhouse was spotless upon arrival! I do not ever expect this when close to the beach and sand, but it was immaculate! Thank you Vicky and Kimmy for a wonderful place to stay. If we are ever in Gulfport again, we will be contacting you!

Even though the condo's rooms were small, it was very adequate for our group that was gone all day. The owners were wonderful and readily communicable. Great place to rent for the short term.

We had 4 adults 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Very close to the beach and local grocery store. It was quiet and clean didn't even know we had people next to us. Definitely will be back!!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property over mother's day weekend. When I opened the door it was just as the photos depicted -- beautiful, spacious, cozy, and felt like home. I was surprised at how large the home was. The 3 bathrooms which was incredibly spacious, was an added bonus. We didn't feel cramped and everyone had their own space. The home had all the amenities needed for cooking, cleaning, washing, bathing, etc. The decor of the home was simply beautiful. Vicky was available when we had issues with the television and she called just to welcome us to the space. She was quite accessible. My kids enjoyed how close we were to the pool which is literally next door and the closeness to the beach. My daughter and I used the bicycles that come with the rental to bike to the beach. It was a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Vicky allowed us to check out a at 2pm because it was Mother's day. She was very thoughtful and we will definitely come back!

The overall experience of my stay at Century Oaks was fantastic. The house had everything we needed, enough room for everyone to be comfortable and it was literally walking distance from the beach. I'm very satisfied with my experience there and would highly recommend Century Oaks to anybody...Thanks Vicky!

The location was convenient. The house was very clean and comfy. It also had quick access to the pool. The only issue was the train being so close to the house.
