Great place to rent.

All 6 of us enjoyed the stay! It was a clean comfortable home. Plenty of room to socialize in the main area & kitchen. Great parking.

We visited Dubuque for college homecoming visiting our daughter. The house was a great fit for our family. We were able to walk/run right outside on Grandview. Kitchen was well stocked so we had a couple meals onsite. Communication was also great!

Lovely renovation of an older home that was great for the five of us. All the amenities were available to us, like a TV in every bedroom.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this lovely home! Our 2 young kids and aging parents were all comfortable here with plenty of space for everyone! We loved walking Grandview Ave with our coffee in the morning and sitting on the front porch with wine in the evening. The playground at the nearby school was a huge plus for the kids! We will definitely stay here again!

I rented the house for myself and my son’s family of 5. All of us were very comfortable with the 3 bedrooms; one for me with my own bathroom, one for my son and his wife and one for the 5 & 2 year olds. My 11 yo grandson was happy the living room hide-a-bed. Full kitchen was a plus and coffee, thank you! The little ones (and me!) had fun with the sidewalk chalk. Sadly it rained our last night there and it washed away but I have pictures and great memories. It was an easy drive to The Field of Dreams, the main attraction for my son and I! We all had a great time at the Mississippi River Museum. We also sought out the Fenelon Place Elevator Company cable car pictured on our host’s business card, fun for all! There is much for all to see and do in the area and this was the perfect home base for us!

This home was very clean and well presented and is in a central location for visiting Dubuque and beyond. Our host, Rylea went above and beyond with open communication and the presentation of her home.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood which is close to everything, It is stocked with everything you need. It has the charm of an older home but has been tastefully updated. The house was clean, cozy and organized.

This is a lovely home, well-maintained, the beds are comfortable and there's lots of room to relax. The property managers were very nice and communicative. Our entire visit to Dubuque was enhanced by the place. Thank you!
