Nice place across the casino and good center location with nice staff. just wish the breakfast was better and longer on the weekend.

Our room and the lodge itself, were very clean and comfortable. The lodge is conveniently located to the casino and great restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the sketchy window in our room. It didn’t fully close and lock and there was no screen. We were on the 4th floor. Not that big of an issue for us but if we had kids, I would have requested a different room.

The staff were hanging out in the breakfast area, counting money, watching movies, eating and talking very loudly while we were trying to eat our breakfast. Went outside to enjoy a cup of coffee, a staff member came out and started smoking. Had to go back inside. Rooms had a strange odor. There was a bug catching device next to the bed. The receptionist was walking around with bare feet. Very unprofessional.

Our stay was nice enough for our one night stay. We did not eat breakfast because the waffle make was broken. We needed a hardier breakfast because we were about to hike 10 miles

Bed was comfortable. The room was super muggy and never got really cool but it was also SUPER hot outside. Check in was fine efficient at least not friendly at all. Super close to casino. Would stay again

Although not a five star facility, the site was super clean and super well taken care of. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and the pool area was clean. It's a great deal for the money.

We love Stonebrook. We stay every year for a girl's trip to gamble at Harrah's. The casino is just across the street and an easy walk. It's closer than staying at Harrah's! Their rooms are very far from the actual casino. The hotel is always clean and bright. Breakfast is good and they have a beautiful pool and hot tub. The staff is always accommodating and courteous. It's a beautiful hotel!

Wonderful property, very clean and well managed. Beds are so comfortable you wont want to get out of them in the morning. Different pillow options from medium soft, soft to extra soft. Great location right across the street from Harrah's Cherokee Casino and resort. A short drive to shopping and entertainment. I will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The rooms AC was off when first entering the room. It took about 5 hours to cool it down to 70 deg.
The pool was out of order but looked like there was nothing wrong with it. Breakfast was ok if you only like waffles. No meat.
