The apt was well located in the centre of the city with shopping and restaurants at our door.

The apt had the bare minimum pots and pans and dishes for meal prep.

The living room and kitchen areas were nice. The shower was good. The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment seemed to be cleaned by a maid every day which we liked.

The beds are hard. The bedrooms are tiny. The bedrooms are so small that I felt claustrophobic. The bedroom did not have a window to the outside so there was no way of getting fresh air into it. The window in apartment C is to an internal stairwell. Although we stayed in December and it was cold outside, the bedroom was too hot. We used the cooling function on the air con unit but it didn't seem to make any difference. The key was not in the key locker. This caused delays to us as we made to make several phone calls and wait to be called back. This was was very stressful. The main door to the street was propped open with some kind of bucket. We did not feel very secure in the apartment.

Location was great, it was a 25 minute trip from Amsterdam. The city of Haarlem is terrific and really beautiful. The apartment is close to shops and supermarkets. Just loved it. Beds comfy, not too noisy.

Check in was a bit tricky with the booking.com app as the links did not transfer. But once we were in it was great. Note there are stairs to access the apartments.

Top location on main walking street 100 m away from the main square (Grote Markt). I like the size of appartment (50 m2), stylish new furniture, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Very soft and clean bed pillows and sheets, nice soft towels. Kitchen was equiped with everything we needed. The appartment was clean, air conditions are in main room and also both bedrooms. Big Samsung flat TV in main room. It is a great appartment for families, very nice, clean, comfortable and silent. We all loved it!

There was some ice/snow in freezing part of refrigerator - should be removed beforehand. Wifi could be better (would help a lot if AP wouldn’t be hidden behind TV cabinet). Building door’s digital lock did not work, but there was a special key in the appartment for that, so no problem. TV manues were locked to Dutch, it would be nice to give foreign visitors an English option.

The apartments were modern, high spec, clean and in a brilliant location. All aspects of our trip were smooth, easy and generally everything we hoped for. We were very impressed with the kind and considered way a last minute change to our arrangements was dealt with and managed, first class service all round.

The apartment is comfortable for 4, we love everything in the apartment. It keeps us warm during the winter. Highly recommend for family without babies.

Coz it was warm slept with windows open and it was like haalem never slept 🤣🤣 sounded like people outside were inside .

It would've been nice if there were more mirrors in the apartment. Other than that it was great and within a few minutes walking distance to the square, shops, and restaurants.

A great place for a family trip. Excellent location - just around the corner of a beautiful town square with a historic church, lots of cafes and Saturday market, just 10-15 min walk from the train station which takes you directly to Amsterdam central. The flat has got all the facilities you may need. Immaculately clean, good wifi and very newly refurbished bathroom. Overall we're very happy with our stay and can definitely recommend this place. The staff were very helpful and supportive and were very proactive to answer all our questions, we're very grateful.

It's an old building and you can hear people walking above the bedroom really well. If you generally sleep well it shouldn't be a problem, but if you're a light sleeper just bear this in mind. The stairs are quite steep, if you have a mobility issue it could be difficult to get to the flat. But it wasn't a problem for us, we had a great time.

Location was perfect, apartment was amazing and clean. Air-conditioning was fantastic in the room.

The stairs can be a bit of a trek if you have a lot of bags or heavy items.

Very good apartment. Brand new.

The property was not set up to accept my credit card. Had to call them from USA and had a few back and forth before the host was able to find a solution to accept payment. The host informed me that this was due to the fact that this apartment complex is brand new and they are in the process of getting the payment logistics set up. Also, on the last day, the fire alarm went off - it was likely triggered by some work being done in the apartment complex. But, I was able to talk to the host and she gave me a code to override the fire alarm. Later she came in person to enquire about our stay and to make sure everything was fine.
