Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great (particularly in the basement). The best part was the convenience to everything nearby; a quiet neighborhood great for walks, but readily close to Greek festival, RedRocks Amphitheater, Dinosaur Ridge, hiking, etc.

Great stay

We came to Colorado for my Mom and Dads 50th Wedding anniversary and needed a place to stay. The property is perfect. We enjoyed our stay!!! The management company and owners were extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will look into staying again the next time we are here to visit.

This was a great updated duplex in a quiet neighborhood, for our recent visit to the Denver area. Plenty of space for our family of four, very clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. We’d choose this property again, if doing another Denver trip.

Nice new remodel and close to Golden and Red Rocks

My wife and I took our 18 year old son (and brought along our 12 year old twin daughters) to look at Colorado Christian University. This house was perfect for my family! Lots of space and tastefully decorated while being very practical. The host was excellent with communication and I would love to stay again! I give this property my highest recommendation!

The host was very communicative and accommodating: extended our stay, allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out, and also sent out a handyman and plumber in a timely manner after we reported a leak. The accommodations were comfortable and as reflected in the photos. The place was also very conveniently located between two grocery stores and near other places that made a longer day feel much less daunting. I have just two recommendations: 1) a tv upstairs and 2) an additional garbage can for collections. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Very nice remodeled duplex. My party of 4 were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us, close to shopping, restaurants, and health care facilities. Many thanks to the owner for affording us flexibility on arrival and departure.

Place was clean and tidy! Management co not good. Couldn’t get in door for long time and cold outside . WiFi password was given wrong. Took a few days to work all out. No TVs upstairs. Heating system an issue. Extremely hot downstairs if normal temp up. No trash pickup and one trash can. Loud furnace popping noice!! Christmas debris etc was a lot.

Nice quiet property. Close to everything. Clean and no problems

This was our first time using a vrbo listing and it was great. The rental company was wonderful answering all questions. Great location for us going to game s at Mines.

Stayed here to attend a 2-day concert at Red Rocks. The location was great with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The drive to the Red Rocks Amphitheatre was an easy 15 minute drive avoiding main roads and traffic. The neighborhood was tucked away in a nice quiet area. The house itself you can tell has been recently remodeled with a nice modern feel. Would highly recommend this property!

Traveling with our tween/teen kids is always a challenge. They’re too old to share beds/bedrooms and we’d certainly prefer a separate bathroom for mom and dad, and enough space so we can relax without having to make them pretend they’re in a library. Plus we all want a place that’s safe, clean and comfortable. This place was everything we wanted and more. The house was exactly as advertised, well appointed and in a nice neighborhood convenient to local sights and amenities. The hosts were gracious and responsive and were even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans changed mid-trip. Extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

Very clean, nice neighborhood, lovely yard/porch

The ground floor (with two bedrooms and 1 bath) was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked including a hand mixer. The way the A/C works, the basement with the master bedroom and bath is colder than the ground floor. There are plenty of blankets. Quite a bit of water leaked on the floor from the master bath shower due to a door that does not fit properly. We did notify the owner and hope this will be improved for future guests. The location was perfect for our family of 6 visiting friends in the area.

Overall, very good. Only issue was A/C. To get it cool upstairs, the downstairs bedroom was very cold. Otherwise, excellent. Good for family.
