I was told by property manager that I could book for same day after 6pm. The property was not available and then a refund was denied after I was told the same day I booked it that I would be refunded.

Awesome place to stay in College Station with lots of space and beds for a large group. Location is great, 10 minutes from Reed Arena and Kyle Field. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great, quiet, clean neighborhood. We felt safe while staying at the house in between games. The gym was located about 15 minutes from the house. We will definitely be staying again when we are in College Station.

I'm glad we were only at the house for a limited amount of time due in large part because we had a baseball tournament. Not as impressed as I was when I looked at the pictures. For the amount of money charged, it didn't align with expectations and should have stayed in the hotel for considerably cheaper.

The house is a 4 bedroom house. Full kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and pots and pans. Very nice back yard with a covered patio area as well as a large fire pit. Easy to get to and close to shipping and restaurants. Very enjoyable experience and will return.

We came here to go to Santa’s Wonderland. The house was so clean and nice. Very spacious and comfy. Exactly as advertised, if not better than advertised.

Few points that can be improved:
1. Basic Things were missing like welcome kit, sugar and some coffee. People who come from far does not always carry basic things. Because of 24th Dec and 25th most of the things outside were closed. Welcome kit with some basic stuff should be good for stay.
2. Heating: heating in the house is not up to the mark, & bed rooms were cold all night even when the temp was set properly.
Overall it is nice place to spend family time.

Comfortable home for long stay with family & friends in college station. Chose the location to be near relatives who live here. Great neighborhood - quiet & safe - & close enough to A&M campus. The beds were comfortable & we had enough seating in the main area to hang out in. Kitchen has all u need to make all ur meals & there was a generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags and dishwasher pods. A/C & heat worked well in the house as well. No fault of the owner, but the house has only 2 bathrooms so be aware of this as at times it posed a bit of a challenge for our family. Overall we had a good stay & the house was a good choice for our visit.

Possibly some further detailed instructions as to how the TV in the living room was to work. We had several times it stopped or blanked out.

Great house, very clean and comfortable. House is in a great quiet neighborhood. Check in process couldnt be any easier and although i didnt have any problems they assured me they were just a phone call away. Hughly recommend

We absolutely loved the house. It was nested in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and a beautiful inside and out. The owner and property management made the house so welcoming upon first entry. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The house was perfect for our family stay...close to the pool at Adamson Lagoon, was decorated so cute, well stocked kitchen, and the kids had a great time playing cornhole in the back yard. We will definitely be back.

We needed a place to stay during our son's tournament that was close to the college. While it was more space than we needed, it was a great location and exactly what we needed.

It was a nice property, but there werent as many beds as the listing details, but their were blow up matresses that we could use. Good house, nice neighborhood.
