Staff helpful and attentive as always

This is my third stay at the Bonnington, and on this occasion it was evident the increase in number of taxi drivers outside, that continually pestering you when approaching the entrance, especially as soon as you leave McGettigans. During my stay, on my 3rd night at 04:00 I got awoken by the noise being made in the adjoining room, it sounded like the whole hotel was in there, so much so I had to call reception to get them to send security to get them to quieten down. They attended, however didn’t knock on the door, only called the room on the phone. Noise continued for about 30 minutes more, thereafter difficult to get back to sleep

location is fantastic. staff are outstanding

The rooms are spacious and kept clean well.

Personally I am not a fan of carpet in the room.

The guys try to sell force the hotel limos which are double compared to taxi

extortion, abusive and a non helpful front desk disgusting

The staffs were extremely polite, friendly and service minded . Place is one minute walking distance to restaurants and shops , close to beach. Hotel is very clean .

Front desk and duty manager were rude despite me having a child with me. Made us wait for 45min before check in

I changed two rooms because of smell. Lots of problem in washrooms/ bath. Everything is just time-worn. Seems the hotel needs renovation ASAP.
