The property was as advertised! Excellent location.

The host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. This was the perfect place for my family and I, it was clean and felt so cozy. The ac was amazing in July! That was a major bonus! I especially enjoyed the backyard and look forward to visiting again in the cooler months so that we can enjoy the campsite seating area.

We booked this last minute. The location was perfect! Close to the park and anything you would want to drive to. Plenty of beds for a family, a large yard for kids. The cowboy pool was perfect for them also. Fully stocked kitchen and bath/laundry amenities. Will absolutely stay again if in the area.

This was just as advertised and was very comfortable and very close to downtown. We also enjoyed the deer that morning and evening would come past the house and munch on the yard grass.

The home was clean well supplied and super easy to stay at. The guys enjoyed the back yard with washers. Check in was so easy! Located super close to downtown, it was a quick drive to food. We loved it!

We had a great holiday celebration at the house! Location was perfect to downtown and the river and the parade and fireworks. So clean and quiet and equipped with everything we could want or need! We will definitely come back! Thank you for hosting!

The house was everything you see as advertised. The homeowner quickly provided suggestions for our activity interests. We walked to shopping & dinner places every evening. Even walked to the tube rental company. Got in the vehicle 1-day because of the rain!!! The backyard firepit was a large hit.

Warm cottage feeling home with nice backyard! We grilled out one night and ate mostly at the amazing restaurants downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and provided drip coffee! The ice maker was a plus and the dining table was very comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed crashing in the living room with nothing on while reading or playing board games. The kiddos enjoyed having their own TV in the bedroom. I wish the master bed TV was hung on the wall because it was hard to view while in bed. The neighborhood was very chill for most of the time but we did hear infrequent daytime industrial noise. It wasn’t a problem for us because our kids were louder. :) The backyard is just precious!! Plenty of chair seating around a fire with a picnic table under the coverage area. All in all it was basically the same price as a suite in a nice hotel. The house was something we would consider upon a second visit to New Braunfels!

We loved staying here and how convenient the location was to everything we needed. We will definitely be renting here again!

Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive to any questions my wife or I had. Place was in a great location and easy to go to downtown and to any tubing locations.

We walked to nearly everything we wanted. So close to the Comal tube shoot as well. Clean and well maintained. Accommodating hosts. Lovely back yard!

We had a wonderful time this weekend. The house was very comfortable, the location was perfect for walking to great bakeries and restaurants, and the host answered all questions promptly.

What a great find! Close to many restaurants and bars.. literally a minute drive to all locations we wanted to be at. Property was exactly what was described. Really enjoyed the back yard setting. Had several areas to sit outside and enjoy a cup of Coffee 1st thing in morning.

Backyard is wonderful! Very well stocked with anything you need and extremely clean. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four adults stayed the thanksgiving week and enjoyed the house and back yard firepit. The location was great and within walking distance of the restaurants, etc. The river is also within walking distance. The deer herds come out late in the day and linger around the street. Very quiet and comfortable.

We came to visit with friends and check out New Braunfels, this place was close to lots of shops and restaurants and we loved watching the deer! The home was very nice and the hosts were great! We will definately come again :)

Great little house in a really quite neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown shopping as well as Muck & Fuss Bar & Grill and Float In which are REALLY cute and fun places to hang out! Uber was readily available to take us to Gruene Hall. Saw several deer right by our house. So cool! The house was very comfortable and cozy. Everything worked great!

Great location of property in New Braunfels. Short walk to the river. Able to walk a couple of blocks to rent tubes and float. Also very convenient location to get to downtown. The house had everything we needed and backyard was great to sit around and visit.

Property was comfortable and very clean. Walking distance to the Comal River and close to restaurants. We did not have to drive to any destination. We will be staying again in the future.

House was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and good location. Only 1 shower/bath but not a problem if you plan accordingly. We would stay here again!

The house was very cute and charming. It was conveniently located and was walking distance to tube rental places, bars and restaurants. We loved the outdoor area and had our coffee in the mornings rocking on the front porch and our wine in the evenings in the fire pit area out back. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute house! Perfect location allows for walking to all the good spots!

This property is tucked just a few blocks from the Comal River tubing entry and all of the yummy restaurants in downtown New Braunfels. We even walked to Schlitterbahn. It was nice to park the car and just walk everywhere we wanted to go (except Gruene, which is a 10-minute drive). The house was very clean, and the size was more than our party of 3 needed, but we enjoyed all of the space. We appreciated the timely answers to our questions by the owners and would stay there again!

Couldn’t believe how we could walk to literally everything. The Chute, Landa’s longest river ride and Schlitterbahn. Definitely would stay here again!
